I decided to choose ICEM because they were providing a decent education, and exposure in their MBA program, and also, they had one of the best education services. I got to know it from an education counselors and he told me about its placement services, and faculty support. Through the official website of the institute, I applied here by submitting an online application and along with this an application fee was also paid by me, which I don't remember now.

The curriculum aimed to provide us with necessary knowledge, skills, values and attitude to become prospective employees with a keen business acumen to occupy positions of management and administration in business, industry, public system and the government services. Also, here I got to study from top class faculty members that provided me with accurate industry knowledge and skills that recruiters ask for. Most of the faculty members had high level degrees and years of experience in industry.

Here, My institute has a training and placement cell for our recruitment, the placements division arranges Guest Lectures, Industrial Tours, Interactive Sessions by Industry Experts to help us understand industry expectations, latest market trends and assist us in acquiring internships. Top Recruiters of my intitute include Infosys, Tech Mahindra, IBM, TATA Consultancy Services, Wipro, Cognizant, Synechron, Capgemini, HP India, Tibco Software, JK Tyre, Polycab, etc. The highest offer made till now was around INR 1400000.

The fee structure for the MBA program at ICEM Pune is around INR 172000 including the tuition fee and books and supplies. There are scholarships and financial assistance offered but we need to fulfil the eligibility criteria and then we can avail these scholarships. Other than the institute, government sponsored scholarships are also available.

The campus is located at a lively place and provides us with all kinds of facilities. For better execution, the responsibilities are divided between student council, cultural program, committee, and they are the ones responsible for events, celebrations, educational fairs, and more. The facilities that are available here for us are namely, on-campus hostel, huge library that we have access to 24x7, transportation services, and we also have the sports complex and training facility for those wo are interested.

A personal interview round was also conducted for the final selection process after I was shortlisted based on my CAT scores. During the interview, the panelists asked me questions regarding my past academics, work experience, my knowledge about the program and in general.
