Remarks

The college is allotted on the basis of choice filled in the NEET counselling and the college of higher priority that holds the good rank according to NIRF is allotted to the students which hold good rank in all India NEET exam. The college is very good as it is situated in high population density area where the reach of patients is very good.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

As the is college under state government, and it is educating to children from 1854, makes it fourth oldest medical college of the India. The college is authorised by MCI or NMC so strict rules and regulations are followed for nurturing better future doctors. Every faculty is well educated holding the degree of higher order like DM Or Mch to atleast sufficient qualification to educate children in better way this is the reason why exams are not that difficult to just pass.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

No. Yet not as I'm not eligible for internship but the rotatory postings are compulsory. But other medicos get 12500 INR for internship. During the internship doctors are posted in different departments for definite time interval at any time except for females. Females are allotted the day time mainly.

Placement Experience

5

When I got the admission I signed the bond with the government of UP to serve in hospital like hospitals situated in rural areas or PHC for atleast two years. After completion of my course I will registered medical practitioner so after completing two years of service bond I will be free to open a private clinic or to join medical hospital in government or private sector.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Just because this is the government college so the fees is not very much, and even for the students of economically weaker class the reimbursement is provided after application and approval of documents to the students.

Campus Life

4.5

One of the thing is that an annual fest is organised generally in the month of December, which every small activity to provide better chance for students to express themselve. Yes a good library is also situated in college that also a type of monument as it was established many years before. A big ground is situated in the center of the hostel where the out door games are played. Old students of our college has made a alumni group to perform better coordination with future doctors.

Admission

Yes. All India NEET exam is held generally in the month of may but delayed now considering pandemic. NEET is one of the toughest exam for aspirants. After getting cut off marks candidates go for further rounds of counseling. And I prepared for this exam by self.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The institution itself claims that the B.Tech programme is designed to “develop the technical skills of aspirants” and emphasises modern tools and technologies. Some students say particular specialisations (e.g., CSE with AI/ML) are particularly “industry-ready”. The curriculum covers foundational engineering courses (physics, mathematics, basic engineering) in the early years and then branch-specific specialisations later. That breadth is good. Some student reviews point out that while the curriculum is generally relevant, it may lag in keeping up with the latest technology trends. For example:

University of Lucknow - [LU], Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] (Mathematics)

Placement Experience:

Lucknow University does not have very strong campus placements for B.Sc students, as most companies prefer professional or technical courses like B.Tech or MBA. However, a few job fairs and placement drives are organized where companies from education, sales, and basic research roles visit. The placement opportunities usually start after the 5th semester. The average package offered is quite low compared to other professional colleges, and only a small percentage of students get placed through campus. Most B.Sc students prefer to go for higher studies like M.Sc, B.Ed or prepare for competitive exams such as SSC, Bank, UPSC, State PCS, etc.
