The admission process of SGT University is simple and systemically way like all private colleges. All information about the campus, as well as courses, are provided in a helping Boucher given. minimal marks needed for getting admission in BSc nursing is 10+2 with 45% marks in physics, chemistry, biology, English. And the age limit for this course is 17 or more. As per the course, there is different admission scholarship, for BSc nursing students they get a scholarship as per their 12th percentage during admission and according to that, there's a deduction in fees. There is a special quota for Jammu and Kashmir students.

The best part of this university is they have their own hospital which helps the medical students mastering in their particular field. And that's one of the reasons for choosing this university. Every faculty have their own dress code and nursing students have 'PINK-SHIRT AND PANT'.nursing students starts working in hospital from first year onwards. They have both practical and theory classes simultaneously. Each batch has a maximum of 100 students' strength, and two coordinators assigned for each batch. All teachers are Ph.D. qualified or masters have in particular subjects. There is two-way communication in classes. way of teaching is through PPTS, whiteboard, or practicals. After completion of the particular unit, there always be a class test and there will be 2 internal examinations for semester students and 3 internals for yearly students. Exams are not so hard and of course not so easy to crack and everything is within the syllabus. Re-evaluation of the exam is there. And at the end of semester, there is PTM.

In SGT University it is compulsory for nursing students to do their internship in SGT hospital itself. As there are real-life patients so overall care provider of them is nursing students. For our more experienced students also assigned to civil hospitals as well as some other hospitals for their clinical hours.

Campus placement is good. After 7th-semester companies start to arrive in college for placement of students. Companies which are visited in our college for the nursing course are Apollo, max, madenta, civil hospital, Sgt hospital, paras hospital. There is 100% of students get placement in nursing. After completion of this course, I will apply for govt. job, or continue to work in a particular hospital which gives optimal placement.

There are always changes in the fee structure of the course. But every student gets a scholarship during admission according to their 12th percentage in best 4 subjects. And with this, there is a decrement in the fees. And after admission, if the particular student gets a percentage above 75 in the university exam and has attended 90% those students are rewarded with some money by the University authorities. And the job opportunities are good as Sgt University itself provide internship and job. And other companies also come for placement.

One of the best things about this university is 'FESTs'. Every year there is Diwali fest, Holi fest, symphonious. Whatever the reason students never miss any fest. There are adequate books in the library. From subject related to entertainment, motivation, wisdom, self-growth, journals, daily magazines, newspaper. Everything is available adequately. For a particular subject, there's a minimum of more than 50 books are available by different authors. Comfortable and airy classroom, proper branches, AC, cameras everything is there in each class. Every year sports day is conducted in Feb-march. And one for entertainment games there is Fanzania every year. And there is always extracurricular activities monthly as per faculty basis or University basis. There are clubs assigned for students as per their interest in a particular field .and for nursing students, Thursday is known as CLUB DAY, after lunch, there are no classes as students are asked to go to their particular club.
