Entrance Preview

I have scored 192 Cutoff in my 12th standard and Mepco had good academic achievers and great disciplinary rules. So me and my parents opted it and i gained a great experience here and i am in a good position now because of this wonderful experience.

Course Curriculum Overview

Curiculum is great and it follows the Anna university Syllabus. It helps and motivates people to do research by its great infrastructure

Placement Experience

Many Major IT based and Core companies comes here and most of the students get placed in these companies.

It has many clubs and each departments and clubs conduct events and symposiums every year it is fun and knowledge filled

Exam Structure

It just follows the Anna university semester time tables and 3 internals for each sem with lab practicals.

Placement Experience:

After 6 semester the students are eligible for all the core and it placements. For us the core companies are Capgemini tech pub(32), sopra steria(5) and boeing . The highest package is 8lpa and average is 5 lpa Out of 100 55 students are getting placed each year. I got placement in Capgemini and I am working on Capgemini.

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.
