Glimpse of being an engineer.

A coin has two sides, same as it is our college. It has both pros and cons of it own. As a student all we can do is gain as much as we can from the facility available because no other university offer such a number of facility. But at the same time it needs to improve it's infrastructure and teaching facilities.

Entrance exam taken by the university. I got a rant of 9k. I opted for the particular course because a like coding it's one of my hobbies. I had my interest towards it.

The course curriculum available on the college website. Also we are provided with reference books, ppts, pdf related to the course. We can even access the college library anytime we want.

Yeah. Our college do provide internship. Few of the departments provide internship for students of that particular department. As in no big companies came to provide internship.

Here students don't have to worry much about the placement. Because almost all of the company come in search of fresher including Google and Microsoft. Every year almost 80-85% students get placed who have applied for jobs.

Our college holds to main Technical fest and every department conduct it's own fest. One of them is held in odd semester named Aarush and the other in even semester named Milan. Both the fest are carried out for 4 days which include different events like sports, gaming, treasure hunt, dancing, singing , modeling etc.

All the fees are to be paid online by a given deadline. Which according to me is quite feasible.

Many scholarship are offered by the college for going abroad for higher studies. I have not avail any of them yet.

The campus is a bit of fun with lots of work to do. We have classes from 8 in the morning till 5 in the evening. After this we are so exhausted that we go off to sleep. Every month we have a cycle of test including with the normal classes which is very hectic and tiering. Besides all this there is lot of things to enjoy which include getting into some of the club. Various clubs like music dance robotics , sports, debate Nss NCC etc are available which brings us exposure.

The hostel and food facility is not very good. The rooms are quite small made for two persons to stay they fit three people. Condition of the washroom is not up to the mark, shower does not work properly the flushing and drainage is not proper. Also the food of the mess is tasteless. The amount they charge for this is not worth it.

The placement exams for us are not very hectic since we have been trained from the first year for the same. Before sitting for the actual placement exams we under go a series of exams in the college. This include our verbal and mathematical aptitude. We are also thought how to make our resume video profile , how to undergo group discuss etc.

The are given an option to choose our own faculty on the first come first serve basis. Hence we have a full freedom to opt for the teacher we wish to learn from.
