Remarks

Good : due to students efforts, a healthy environment is being infilterated, in the campus, breaking bounderies of the places which all of us come from, its a microcysm of the society, bad quality of education imparted should be uplifted.

Entrance Preview

Entrance exam MHCET score -188/200 i opted for this college because i am a local from pune and its one of the best in my state.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

It was a hectic job, since its a medschool the college is good and follows the curriculum handed down by muhs, nashik from the second year onwards clinicas are taken mainly by the pg students, it depends on their quality.

Internships Opportunities

General stipened is offered. internship is hectic but we get exposed to various cases its the biggest hospital in state so patient load is huge the stipened is scanty though, and absolutely no fascilites as such for interns.

Placement Experience

5

I think the name itself is enoguh to get jobs from here because it is so difficult to crack the entrance exam and get a seat in this institute plus after doing your mbbs you are placed in a phc, rhc in the state wtith handsome payments.

College Events

2.5

Vedant - during ganesh festivalit includes all extracurricular activities mounteneiring groups going 3-4 times a year to nearby ghatsavishkar - for the creative minds and various symposiums quizes are taking place here day in & day out.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible, many of the students get freeships & scholarships, een the fees is not much pretty affordable especially for poor students for st /sc candidates 100% freeship for obc candidates 50% freeship.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes especially for poor students for st /sc candidates 100% freeship for obc candidates 50% freeship minorities & the above candidates also get scholarships from the government also the top ranking candidates are granted various scholarships.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostel is ok, mess is cheap and affordable there 4 canteens & many dabba wallas, and its a market place surrounded by many restaurants if you get boared that is not an isue at all.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are helpfull and there is no ragging nowadays, alumni is helpful learned, skilled but too busy to teach, however mos tof the lectures are taken by the seniors, esp medicine, obgy and peds, in the final and pre final year are excellent.

Exam Structure

It is hectic mbbs course itself has got the maximum number of examinations the college acts according to th emuhs guidelines.

Faculty

3.5

Good, some were excellent some were dull but its a part of any institution most teachers and juniors change very year sinc eits a pg institute also.

The course is standard for all MBBS courses. There are theory lectures and practical classes. Hospital exposure begins in the second year onwards. Current revisions in the course like introduction of logbook etc are unnecessary and time consuming.

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS is definately a tough course. along with being tough, it also puts some responsibilities on your shoulders as you will be treating real people with real problems in the real world as you complete this course. while studying, students should focus more on 'why' and 'how' type questions than 'what' type of questions. the major exams are conducted in 9 semesters . each semester is of 6 months + 1 year of compulsary internship.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The current curriculum is comprehensive based curriculum. Here practical knowledge is more important than bookish knowledge. So now spending more time in wards is of greater importance. Exams are held accordingly - 2 internals, 1 prilims and 1 University held by MUHS. Each exam is followed by practical examination. This curriculum will help to build good doctors rather than bookish doctors.
