This College is one of the best Polytechnic colleges in Jharkhand providing Diploma courses and has a Good no. Of faculties. They also provide the best studies with practicals and labs. And the campus placement is mind-blowing. I have also got a job this year from this company. One of the main disadvantages of this College is they don't have a good building. Course Curriculum Overview
I am fond of electrical engineering. I want to know how this branch actually works. I want to find some other ways of electricity other than coal and solar panels. This is the main reason I choose electrical engineering. Regarding faculties, this College has done a good job. The professor is well talented and educated with a lot of practical experience. They provide regular exams and also doubt classes. A minimum of 80 percentage of attendance is mandatory so that students can get maximum knowledge.
Placement Experience
From the fifth semester of college, the companies start to send a notice regarding the placement process and registration. And hence we start to apply for registration. Companies like Tata Steel and Power, Jindal, L&T, Essar, Yokohama, Usha Martin etc visit our college to provide placement. An average package of 225000 is offered by the companies and a maximum of 545000 is offered. Almost 85% of students get placement every year. My plan is as simple that I want to explore the world of electricity. I want to introduce some others ways of producing electricity. That's all
Fees and Financial Aid
As the college is Government that's why the fee is very low. Students just need to pay a 2850 rupee per year for their study and a hostel rent of 1205 per year. Also Regularly government gives scholarship to all financially week students whose father income is less than 17500 per annum. Campus Life
Actually, college is strict about these types of things like tech fest an annual fest. They don't believe in this. But this College has a Bulk amount of books in the library. Students didn't need to purchase books from outside. They can get the book from the library till the session ends. Regularly sports are organised to be physically and mentally fit. Campus placement is mind blowing. Almost 85% of students are picked up for the job by different companies like Tata, Jindal, Yokohama, Essar, L&T etc.
Hostel Facilities
In a hostel, we are providing with a bed, shelf, table and a chair to study. Fans and bulbs are also provided by the government. Meals are decent to eat. Not so good neither bad. Every year college release notice regarding the registration of the hostel and students apply through college in offline modes.
