Remarks

the placement in civil engineering must grow. I take admission by giving pece +polytechnic entrance competitive exam) it is the best college for civil engineering through the government. faculty is not good enough

I choose this course because government polytechnic college Ranchi is the best for civil engineering and the fees are very low. the ratio between students and faculty is very bad, there is a 1:40 ratio also some private teachers are there with low experience.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 2600 per year

Placement Experience

The campus selection is a very tough maximum of 4-5 students get placed from our branch per year you will get minimal chances and 2 or 3 companies will come per year and they select only 2 or 3 students from college it is very tough to get selected

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost of the study is very low only 2600 per year also government gives good scholarships for students but getting placed in companies is very much difficult because only 2 or 3 students get placed from our college in the civil branch from our batch having 70+ students.

Campus Life

The fest is very low only one fest is happen called Saraswati Puja and it is only done by hostel boys no faculty members take part in that also there are no games in the college level ni clubs no social groups

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of my interest in Electrical Field. I love to learn about Electricity and its application in the modern Era. There is Enough faculty to solve any problem related to their academics but they are not interested in your activities outside your classroom. The ratio is 1:40: The faculties are well educated and have M.tech degree holders so they have the idea to explain the topics properly.

Our GP Dhanbad college

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are very good. Every year companies come to our campus and select many students for their company. But if there is no campus selection offered then we can apply for a job in different companies. We got a scholarship from the college. On our college campus, some big companies like BCCL and TATA come over there and offer you a very good job. The highest package company offers you depends on your performance in the interview. At least 75% of marks need for placement.

Placement Experience:

In this college, Placement is not good at all because of the location of the college and also due to the new college very less amount of companies comes for placement. In the Batch of 2018-21 from Electrical Engineering, there was 5%to 10% of students were placed. The highest package was 2.5 lakh p.a and the average package was 1.2 LPA. The recruiting companies are Ceat tyre, Hitachi, Mando Automotive. From the 5th semester, students become eligible for campus placement. My plan after getting a degree is to prepare for Government jobs like State Je, Railway, SSC etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I said I opted for the CSE branch because from the very start of my school life I was having an interest in computer science so I opted for the CSE branch. In my college, there is only 1 section of the CSE branch. Most of the teachers are BTech holders and a few are Ph.D. also.

The average package is 3 lakhs and the highest is 10 lakhs. Every student who got more than 70% is eligible for getting placements. My plan after getting degree is to prepare myself for PSUs and Govt. Sectors.

This college campus placement starts in the 5th of the semester in our course. In this college, many companies visited for campus placement like Daikin India , Bajaj motor , Krishna group of company, JBM group , and much more company. The highest package in our college is 3lac per annum ctc and the average package is 1.8lac per annum CTC. In our course means mechanical department almost 80% students get placed in many companies but many students resignation the job go for higher study and competitive preparation also. But other branches approx 40% placed. My plans after completing the course and get the degree for higher study
