Remarks
I picked ecole intuit.lab over its competitors because the exposure I would get with them was much vast than the other. I would have international masterclasses. With industry professionals flying in from New York, Paris, Netherlands, or Brazil to come to take a class with us.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is very well defined. It is everything we need to know and also things we should know in our industry like copywriting and advertising even though that's not our primary job. We have all the subjects correctly placed over the period of 4 years.
Internships Opportunities
Ecole gives on-campus as well as off-campus internship opportunities. A student can get an internship through Designxt (ecole's annual design exhibition) or you could also find an internship on your own.
Placement Experience
For our campus placement, we have an exhibition called designxt at the end of every year. You might get an internship or job if it's a part of your curriculum and if they like your work. All the students of ecole present their work.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are no jobs on campus per se. But every summer there is a summer intern opportunity. So, the students can apply to the college and if selected they can work with them as an intern over the summer.
Campus Life
Since it is a boutique school, there isn't much to the social life to it. We have a small library that has quite a few design-related books which you can refer to or just read. We have a stu.club which is a student council body that organizes and hosts events for all the students.
Interview Experience
I had to write an entrance test. It was to test my general capabilities and to understand how I think. Along with that I also had an interview with the Dean of the college. I had to present my Portfolio to her.
