Remarks
The admission process is very easy in NIMAS you just have to appear in the CET exam and pay caution money for admission. This college is situated in the suburban area of Kolkata. The campus is very clean and big. The college calls me for admission. When I visit the college I saw the students are very disciplined and the staffs are very helpful. And admission fees are very low. So I choose the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Previously when I was in school I took computer science and from that, I love the subject. And I think to take my career in computer application and I also interested in software development and UI/UX. For this, I choose the course. Teachers are very helpful and they give us self-made study materials. And there are 4 internal exams including MCQ and viva test. Teachers student ratio is a maximum of 1:25. Exams are held in semesters and credit-based system.
Placement Experience
From the 5th semester, students can appear in the campusing programme and sit in interviews. The highest package can be 5 lac PA. The average package is about 3 LPA. More than 65% of students get placements from college. After BCA I'll do MCA from MAKAUT university. Also, the college provides many internships in the 4th and 5th semesters.
Fees and Financial Aid
I'm in 3rd year. Up to 2021, there is no fees hike policy. The total cost of the study is 1.70 lacs rupees in a lump sum. All state, central and private scholarships are available. Also, college helps us to get scholarships form fill up. As per students, financial condition college can provide fees discounts also.
Campus Life
Our college fest celebrated in well mannered and splendidly. Fest held more than 2 days. Many artist and actors came to our college. Also, cultural programmes are organized infest. In our library, all new books are available on all subjects and the library room is fully air-conditioned. We can borrow books for up to 30 days from the library. In winter in our college many sports like football, cricket, tennis competition held in our college. We also organize many social works for our MAR activities.
