Remarks

The faculty is perfect. Infrastructure is good. Classes are going well. College is good for education. In college, the ground is there. In this college some braches like information technology, computer science, mining engineering, electrical And electronics engineering, electronic engineering. Three buildings are there in college. One is the main block. And one for labs and one is for classes. So many classrooms are there.

This college is University certified college. 5 braches are there. Each branch has its own faculty members. Each branch has more students. Each branch contains around 500 to 600 students. Total students in college are around 2500 to 3000 students. Faculty qualifications are perfect and the teaching method is extremely good.

The 7th and 8th-semester students are eligible for campus placements without any backlogs. MNC companies like trim and tech. The highest package is 5 to 6 lakhs per annum. The average package is 3 to 4 lakhs per anum.

Decent college with good facilities

Placement Experience:

From 4th year 1st semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. About 10-15 companies visited our college with minimum 3 lpa. And only 30% of students are placed in the campus placement. Companies like virtuza, movate, cognizant, hcl visited our campus for placement. The highest package was 4.5 lpa and lowest was 2.8 . My plans after getting degree is work in a reputed mnc.

Generally, students from 3rd year second semester are eligible for the placements. some, who are interns at a company earns the place to proceed for the rest of life. some others should try harder because they didnt get the internship. It is important to get internship. Companies do visit vasavi such as visa, silicon labs, cisco and more to pick interns or to pick engineers. percentage around 60-70 gets placed every year. Actually placements decreased after the recession.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am very Passionate about Computer Science. So I joined Information Technology which is the same as CSE. Information technology mostly offers the same opportunities as CSE in VNRVJIET. So, I preferred IT in VNRVJIET. In VNRVJIET, Hyderabad faculty: student ratio is approx 1:40 which is considered as Average ratio. Most of the Faculty are PHD Graduates but there are less number of Professors. Mostly there are Assistant Professors whose Teaching Methodology is average to Good but not rated as Better in terms of Teaching. Professors are good at Teaching but Some Assistant Professors are not as good as we expected. There are mostly newly joined PHD faculty members were there who will teach in a slow manner. Every 5-6 months we have Semester Exams which are mostly easy to pass if we have somewhat knowledge of the subject.

The major good aspects of the college are totally free offered and the college is fully lab equipped and free to use any time lab. I was enrolled in college in June 2019.
