Entrance Preview

It was PRIST exam and and even you can directly take admission. The good part was remote location which did not distract mind for studies, if you are looking for really peaceful studies it is best place. Even the culture is good, but Co-Ed is not which is negative regarding the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I must say it is purely based on Anna University plus addition with Cisco and Oracle Course. As per research I would not suggest for every domain except Bio Tech. For Bio Tech they have very advanced LAB in South India.

Internships Opportunities

Yes they provide internship for Foriegn student from South Africa nad Japan. They have tie-up with foreign Universities. But the exchange programme from India is expensive, they might be working on it.

Placement Experience

3.5

The placement and Job opportunity is very average and very few companies visit. ( Low rated company) mostly for Civil and Mechanical. But the conduct some placement classes in curriculum which is very helpful to get jobs outside. Remember they provide CCNA and Oracle certification which is boost for any one to get job easily in outside market.

Exam Structure

It is very strict and multiple internal exam makes easy to clear University Exam. The Labs are fully equipped with modern equipment which is very helpful to understand the concepts. They allow flexible time to access the lab and practice it ( But not in night time as you can access in other Deemed University ) .

Faculty

I must say the faculty is average as most of them are doing their M.tech there only. But they are including good faculties year by year. In my year the faculties were very co-operative and responsive for the future of student. They have smart classes which is major attraction for studies.

Time and Future

Placement Experience:

Placements starts from the 7th semester.companies Like tcs,wipro,zoho,infosys vist. The highest packages is 24lap,average 3lpa and around 85%of student get placed. I plan to start my career in IT and gain experience.

My Life inside VIT'V

Placement Experience:

B.tech students will be eligible after they complete their credits before the 3rd year and usually that is the period during which they will be eligible for placements. For integrated M.tech it might be after the 4th year in 5th year,they could get a year for internships which is good for students. This might be considered as my interest in this course.The placement is around 95 percent.My plans after getting the degree is to become a highly skilled person and to get a job in google. Many companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Qualcomm, etc place our campus.There are no such companies that visited and made no offers.

A review about KARE

Placement Experience:

In my college placement start from 7th semester, students get eligible to sit in drives. Many companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro and some core firms visited and gave good no of offers. Highest package was around 10 LPA and average near 4.5 LPA depending on profile, mostly software dev, testing and few core engineer role. Around 70% students got placed last year, rest go for higher studies or other prep. My plan after finishing degree is to first try campus offer then aim for higher studies if I not satisfied. Overall placement is decent but still more core companies should come.

The placement process in our college generally starts from the 7th semester, although training sessions, aptitude tests, soft skill programs begin as early as the 5th semester to prepare students.
