Remarks

Samrat Ashoka Technological Institute is a autonomous college affiliated to RGPV. It is one of the top government colleges in M.P. Overall the college is good but due to the location of the students do not prefer the college. Otherwise the faculty is good.

Course Curriculum Overview

I always wanted to go in the chemical engineering field thats why I have chosen this course. The faculties are fine and cooperative.The exams are not that difficult and can be passed easily by studying 1-2 days.

Many IT companies recruit from the college such as TCS,Infosys,Wipro, etc. Other non IT companies also come such as BPCL etc. The placements in mechanical and electrical are very few. Otherwise students from branches like CS,EC,EI get placed.

College Events

The campus is of 95 acres which includes 6 hostels 3 for boys and 3 for girls. The campus is good and has other facilities such as cricket ground, gym, badminton court, volleyball court,basketball court,etc. The college has many clubs such as dramatics club, robotics club,etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The overall fees is about 3,00000 for 4 yrs. Other expenses involve hostel fees,mess fees and others miscellaneous expenses. SC,ST and OBC non creamy layer get scholership from the government which is about 50000 per yr. The placements are good for CS,EC branches as IT companies come for placements. TCS,Infosys, Wipro are some of the top recruiters.

After 6th semester you will Elligble for in campus placement and their are many internship and placement providing apps which are connected with our college like Internshala and our college also has own incubation center where students can brings their startup ideas and if they like your startup they will invest on it and student also got chance to get internship on that and got certificate and highest package is of 1.2 cr off campus and Average pacakge is of 5 to 6 lpa and their is basically 85 to 90% placement rate and my plan is to become ai ml engeener and grow in AI area

so in our college 1st year we have 2 semesters and n 2nd year we have 3 semesters and in 3rd year we have 3 semesters so 8 semesters already get completed and students are eligible to sit in placement from 3rd year . You can get internships in 3rd year as well if you have good grades and you are ready to grind . Talking about companies that visit for placements are Delloite , JP morgan Palo alto, De shaw and Co. My plan is to just have good gpa and get job asap

there are not much chances of placement as the student strength has increased drastically, students become eligible for placement from 3rd year, also as per the documentations there are more than 12z companies like hcltech, microsoft etc but not every documentation is correct so the chances of getting placed at campus is significantly low so i am planning to pursue higher studies and opting for gate

I was sad because i have scored less percentile in JEE mains and taught that i wouldn't getting government college then i filled counselling of M.P state and got this college to choose then i have found some reasons like i have told you above that it is a government college and very old so have a strong alumini network then i saw location and Vidisha is close to a metro city which is a good advantage as bhopal is future tech hub as some startups are getting bigger here. So i taken this college. I have made mind of JEC Jabalpur and SATI and in Jabalpur i am not getting any CSE branch so have taken here admission.
