Entrance Preview
I gave the UPSEE - 2016 exam and scored 283 marks in it. I visited and researched about various colleges around my area and found IIMT as one of the best among them on the basis of infrastructure, rating, fee, placements, etc . I had to give an on the spot test of 30 marks at the time of admission, I cleared the exam and was eligible to be a part of the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is based on the syllabus given by the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. We have five subjects in our first semester and each on them having five to six units, The course structure is available on the site of the college as well as the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University site.

Yes, the college provides internships and industrial visits in the end of the years. It is generally around the good IT companies around the area.
Placement Experience
The placements and job opportunities, according to the online reviews, personal research, seniors, are really great for every branch in the college, especially the computer science (B.Tech). According the the college, 75%+ students were placed in good companies in the previous year of 2015-2016.
College Events
There are many events held in the college on different occasions, Including industrial visits, orientations and many more. Famous personalities including katrina kaif, arjun roy kapoor and many more have arrived in our college to greet the students and other promotional events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is really feasible even for the middle class families. The college have perfectly given the small details about the miscellaneous fee, transport fee, tuition fee, etc in the fee slip. We get the books, uniforms, and every required thing in the fees itself.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college provides total scholarships worth 2.5 crore every year based on different basis. Students with 95 or more attendance gets a scholarship of 5000 rs. The college toppers gets the scholarships of 1 lac, 50 thousand, and so on. There are more scholarships offered on the basis of the section wise performance.
Campus Life
The campus life of IIMT is great, College is strict about the no raging cause. The gender ratio of the students is also comparable. There's no discrimination of caste and religion, Everyone treats other's as one of them. The sports facility is also good, we have teams performing various tournaments of football, basketball, volleyball, etc.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors and the alumni network in our college are really kind and helpful. They help us with some topics when we need them to. They provide us with good note's and study material.
Exam Structure
We have three internal examinations based on the units covered in every semester, and then we get to face the main examination by the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University at the end of the semester along with the practicals. The exams are not really tough and not even easy so its good to compete in the exam.
Faculty
We have full access to the available library in our college, we get a pair of books in the start according to our course, we can even issue refreshers for more questions. We have educated professors to teach us different subjects, every teachers gets to give a lecture for 1 hour atleast daily, and we get a lab practical period of different subject each day.
