Remarks
It would have been great if they had fulfilled the promises they made during the admission process. They have completely neglected the IT department and we were left with no opportunities
Entrance Preview
MAT, 90 Percentile, Alliance was one of the highly rated college in those days and had opted for it because of the IT specialization that they are offering. Interview process had Group Discussions and generic rounds as well.
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum was more than enough with stress on Programming languages, Networking and ERP packages too. The live project was also very helpful along with numerous field trips.
Internships Opportunities
Haven't got the internship or any stipend. We haven't seen any others doing the same too. Might be due to the initial stages of setup or their concentration on new campus
Placement Experience
There were many companies in the campus to recruit, but most of them are for marketing jobs and finance roles. None of them were related to our IT
College Events
Cultural events were there to participate and most of them were the competitions between regions/states. We got to see supremely talented artists in those events
Fee Structure And Facilities
Super expensive in those days. they charged around 1.5 lakhs to 1.9 lakhs [everything inclusive, but not food/accommodation]. They were strict on the payment timelines
Fees and Financial Aid
No clue about that. But i've taken an education loan from UCO bank and have kept on paying the installments in the coming years
Campus Life
Sports were almost zero, workshops were abundant, cultural activities were regular, exhibitions were rare, field trips were numerous and debates were healthy
Hostel Facilities
They haven't had the hostel facilities, but used to provide accommodation in a near by apartment if necessary. The food was pretty average there.
Alumni/Alumna
Senior students were super helpful and friendly too. Hardly any teasing/ragging except in the apartments [hostel] and that too for a day or two. Jovial and fun network to be part of.
Exam Structure
Mostly chilled out barring some faculty. Assignments were a regular feat and the labs were always open to perform the practicals. Assistance was also good enough
Faculty
Except for few subjects like networking, rest of the core Management subjects were taught by highly experienced staff. Especially, Strategic Management and Finance
