Remarks

College is providing everything in the fees to be paid and placement is decent. The admission process is smooth and dates are convenient. It is very affordable and considering the average package provided over other colleges same range.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is nice and detailed and has depth in the subject content. The faculty number is sufficient with the no. of students on the campus. Faculties are well qualified and teachers are well talented and experience.

Internships Opportunities

All the major corporate heads visit campus to hire interns for summer internships. All the student are placed in summer internships. This is a good thing actually. Projects given to the students are of quality.

Placement Experience

Placements are good and decent. From the 4th semester, students are eligible for placement. No. of companies visit are 150 and lot of opportunities to the students. The highest package is around 14 LPA but the average is around 8.5 LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost to study is affordable according to the average college placement. College also provides financial assistance and job on campus with stipend in internships. Financial assistance is provided is very helpful.

Campus Life

Campus life is pretty awesome with lots of events happening around the calendar. Many national-level events happen on the campus participated by many other colleges. Books are available to you and also in the library.

Hostel Facilities

Facilities provided in the room are sufficient for the student life. The meal is provided 4 times a day with a different menu every week. There is no such registration process for Hostel and quite easy to get a good room.

Interview Experience

Yes, I faced Group discussion. GD topic given to us was on 5 trillion economies in India. The process of admission is smooth and the criteria for admission is also good. I just continued with my regular preparations.

Placement Experience:

Currently I am in first year so I have not been placed as of yet but the placemnets for our seniors is on going which is the first batch of MBA HCM and hence I would not be able to reveal the cokmpanies. The few summer internship companies though were Apollo, Nanavati, BMJ etc.

First green B-School in India

Remarks:

The faculties here are very supportive and some of them are always available on campus to help the students and mentor the students to groom them. They always push the students to learn by doing; which is experiential learning. The set up the talks and sessions from industry leaders time to time to keep the students and themselves update about the changes in the corporate world and make them ready to face the challenges.

IMT Nagpur- Thriving in a Student-Run Environment

Eligibility for this course is an undergraduate degree. Additionally one has to appear for an entrance exam like Cat, Xat or Cmat. For cat and xat a safe percentile is above 80 to get an interview call. For cmat one can target above 95 percentile. The application form is available online and one can apply either for all campuses of IMT through common application form or just IMT Nagpur. The form fee is around ?1000 to ?2000. The form is opened before cat exam and generally also re-opened before or after cat / xat results. One can expect form to reopen before CMAT exam as well. The admission process was smooth as it was online when i appeared for it. There was an essay test, a Statement of purpose and a personal interview with 2 panelists. The difficulty level can be increased for the interview. Otherwise they also conduct offline interviews now in various cities so there should not be a problem.
