Nice college to improve your skills.

Good college but very high fee if you have no money problem you can join it.

Gitam conducts a separate entrance exam,we need to get good rank in that. The exam will be similar to AIEEE and EAMCET format and level of examination is average.After that they will call for counselling depending on rank and you can choose which branch basing on availability.You need to pay fee at the counselling time to confirm your seat. If you want to slide their will be next phase of counselling if some cancels their seat Go to college and speak with faculty as it gives a good idea about college and whether it suits your ambitions or not.

Ciricullam is good its similar to AU Ciricullam and we do have choice to select electives and learn subjects which we have interest. I am from Ece so I will say how my Ciricullam was divided 1st year -basics same to all groups 2nd year- core subject 3rd year - advanced core subjects 4 year - we have electives and we can choose accordingly,

College doesn't provide any internship .but after 3rd year student should do industrial training but college don't assist any company it depends on the student to select and complete it.

Placements are very good you name the top companies and every company will come to Gitam Google took around 2 members for 9lakhs Oracle 10 for 5 lakhs, Musigma around 20 18 lakhs for 3 years, Tcs around 600 for 3.25, Headstrong around 50 for 4lakhs, Mylan lab 20, Accenture 100, Wipro 200 and many companies came I didn't remember exact count and figures.

Many events are conducted every year there college club called GUSAC they will celebrate carnival every year Ieee unit conducts one event. conducts events. From mid December to mid march you can find variety of events and programs going on if you have good talent its nice place to show case.

Fee is too high at your time it was 1.08 lakhs but now its around 2.3lakhs per its very high for normal family to afford. We van get loans but paying it will be challenge because if we end up with normal companies like tcs for paying that fee only we need 4 years after college.

Loan facility is available in any bank and in campus you can union bank which offers it but you need to submit many documents and security deposit as land or some other property. Merit cum mean scholarship is provided to students whose parents annual income 100k.

Campus is wonderful where you can get green campus on a sea shore its really awesome.gender ratio is 60:40 you can get chance to see beautiful girls in campus there are all sorts of workshops ,games,cultural hubs and you name anything its there in campus. There are some incidents related to religion there is some chowder domination but in recent time it might be reduced.

Fee of hostel is too high its around 60-80k depending on choice which you choose. Quality of food ia very good and you get awesome facilities and cleanliness is also very good and we need to pay fee monthly.rooms are nice with decent beds and internet connectivity and for 4 rooms you will be having common hall and fridge etc.

Alumni is very strong and they help in all possible ways in campus interviews and workplace. In my case I was posted to project in which TL was my alumni and he helped me in all ways and improve my skills.

Its a semester method and on an average 5 subjects and 3 labs time table will be some what hectic but you will enjoy lab sessions. In many cases you will be having holiday on Saturday exams pattern will be 2 quizzes and 2 mids and final exam for each semester quizzes are objective mid is descriptive final exam also descriptive Internal have weight-age of 40 in subjects and 60 in labs.

Very nice faculty all are highly qualified at least M.Tech and they would have register for Ph.D they are very friendly and approachable standard of the faculty is far above industry standard. They help us to publish ieee papers and many small experiments where we get good understanding of concepts. My faculty was very good and one of my faculty had written many books in ece and deep research in many areas. I felt I was lucky to study under their guidance.
