I applied for UGEAC counselling and 1st attempt I got BCE bhagalpur in civil engineering but the college is highly affected by water logging which results to class suspension for almost 2-3 months on that college, which suddenly changed my mind and I decided to opt for MIT instead of this and thankfully in 2nd round of consellling I got MIT muzaffarpur. This is the best btech college in Bihar as a state btech college other college are not as good as this and here fee is too low because of government college, just give jee and according to marks u get bcece rank and then counselling happens online and the choice it as top priority u get it. 90 + should be the percentile for a decent branch...Read More

It is known for providing a good foundations in engineering... MIT addmission process involve entrance exam like jee mains with cutoff based on state qouta.... After that there a UGEAC counselling process. You will need to apply for counselling, where you will be given the list of available colleges according to you percentile.. Then based on your% and rank you'll be allocated a college during the counselling process, and you will need to take addmission in the college assigned to you... No, I haven't applied to any other college than MIT. My only preference was MIT Muzaffarpur. I have to do Engineering from Govt college, so I got to know about this college under Bihar Govt and was excited to join in. There's a common exam namely JEE Mains. Counseling to different colleges and branches depends on the score of JEE Mains. Once you cross the cutoff of JEE Mains, you're eligible to apply for BCECE Engineering counseling processes to get admission to Bihar Engg colleges.
