Remarks

IMT Nagpur's brand value is one of the things that draws me in. Since this is a student-driven campus, peer group learning is at an all-time high here. Aside from that, our lush green campus adds to the charm of our campus life, as well as a plethora of extracurricular activities. Completing your professional degree on a residential campus is an enriching experience that lays the groundwork for strong academics and aids in overall growth and personality development. Here, the placements are very fine. Companies from a wide range of industries come to our campus to hire students for a number of positions. The majority of the hiring is for positions such as consultant, marketing manager, finance director, and so on.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

PGDM Core gives us the option to go for dual specialization along with majors and minors, this was my main intention behind choosing PGDM core. The student-faculty ratio is 1:30 for most of the subjects. All our faculty are seasoned industry experts who are highly qualified in their area of expertise. The exams are a cakewalk if one concentrates during the class and has thoroughly studied the study material.

Internships Opportunities

4

The placement committee of the college takes responsibility for placing the students. A few of the companies that took students of batch 2022 for SIP are CRISIl, Vodafone, PayU, RRKabel. These internships are the priming ground for an MBA student, it gives them a hands-on experience and makes them industry-ready.

Placement Experience

4

85% of the batch got placed before the lockdown was imposed. When the lockdown rules were relaxed, the placement processes continued. The highest package offered stood at 16 LPA and the average package offered stood at 7.97 LPA. More than 60% of the batch was placed in the BFSI, BA & IT, and Manufacturing industries respectively. Some of the major recruiters included CRISIl, Deloitte, KPMG, Reliance, SBI Life, and Wipro.

Fees and Financial Aid

My program fee is 12 lakhs. It was 14 lakhs initially but was decreased due to the pandemic. I personally feel the fee is quite reasonable when compared to other B-Schools as the fee includes the hostel and mess charges which are usually not included in the program fee for other B-Schools. IMT N also offers scholarships to students scoring above 90 percentile in CAT and to the students coming from EWS.

Campus Life

5

The campus life at IMT Nagpur is among the best that I've seen. The campus is purely student-driven, so the experience is at another level. M35 is the annual cultural fest of IMTN along with this we have MUN and national level academics competition. In total, IMT Nagpur has more than 40 committees, clubs, forums, and student ventures. The clubs and committees are what adds to one's MBA experience. All these clubs and committees are student-driven. The LRC (library) has all the books and journals that one might need.

Hostel Facilities

5

IMT Nagpur's hostel facilities are, in my opinion among the best I've seen. Single and double-sharing spacious rooms are equipped with a bed, a study table and chair, and a big enough almirah to store all your belongings. The college also offers free laundry services to students. The mess food is also good, and there is a dedicated mess committee of students that monitors food quality and solicits reviews from students. Apart from that, there is a slew of student-run businesses already on campus (kudos to their dedication and hard work) that cater to all of your other needs and desires, making your time on campus enjoyable and stress-free.

Interview Experience

4

IMT chooses GE over GD for its selection process. My topic for GE was to design a layout for a microchip company. The GE is followed by PI, where basic questions are asked. If one clears both these rounds, he/she is selected for IMT. One can get into IMT N via CAT, XAT, or CMAT.

1) students become eligible for placements just after they complete their second semester examinations 2) only local companies visited to our colleges such as per Pooja, weblink services etc which were very small scale local organisations offering very poor packages to the students 3) the average package that my batch got was 2.lakhs per annum and the highest was 6 lpa where before admission the college claimed the average packages to be 6lpa and Highest to be above 10lpa 4) the percentage of students getting placed is not more than 10-15% 5)my plans after getting the degree is to look for better companies outside my college because my college hasn't been helpful in terms of placements in any manner .

College is almost good .this for those who want only masters but no placement .if you also want to get placed in any company need only degree ur welcome. The management is worst the nonteaching staff doesn't know how to talk with students especially the admission office. I here declare whatever I have seen and suffered I presented my view about this college to you, not it's your choice to go to heaven like symbiosis or choose hell. I was misguided and helpless so I came here means I got fewer marks in a snap so please students appear for snap sincerely.
