Remarks

I liked to join personally and that's my wish. I got selected through Anna university councelling. And I have joined in July 2019. But now because of the pandemic, it may become a late process. Here for each student, a particular professor will be a mentor and will encourage them to do their interested courses.

Course Curriculum Overview

They will conduct extracurricular coding websites and courses and training to prepare the students for placements. Now it's autonomous and they will conduct monthly tests to improve. All professors will teach us well. Even they will not get tired to teach more than once. They will clarify all your doubts.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 55000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Yes, all the professors will encourage you to join the internship and also will provide information for the internship. Most of the students will join Internshala to get an internship. I don't know about on-campus internships

Placement Experience

In our college, they will provide college placements with more companies like Amazon TCS Infosys, etc. Almost all the students will be placed in a particular company. You can visit the Sairam Institute of Technology website to know more details of the company

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees will be 50 thousand to 60. But now it may vary. For first graduates, they will provide scholarships and they will also give more details about other scholarships. In detail, I don't know about scholarships.

Campus Life

In particular there are many clubs and activities you can join. There are also sports activities to join. Now all classrooms are monitored with CCTV and even corridors. The library is the best and they will give access to some library sites.

Life and Difficulties at SRM University from honest POV

Placement Experience:

the placements start from third year. there are multiple oncampus companies that visited like juspay,zs associates, cognizant,accenture,capegemini and etc. the average package is aroung 5,00,000 the percentage of student is around 60-70 around this year but its still going on by this march.

The placements for me started from end of 3rd year itself. The highest package was around 8 LPA from Mr. Cooper with additional 2L bonus if you stayed for 2 years. Avg. package was 4 LPA. 10-15 good and decent companies visited here.
