Remarks
It's a good college especially good for diploma courses. The faculties are good. The only disadvantage of the college is that it is located in a very remote area. As it is a private college you have to pay some advance before the admission process and then after submitting your biodata the admission process begins. I preferred this college over others because the civil engineering department in the diploma course is pretty good and they provide excellent teaching.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because Civil Engineers are always in demand as it is one of the industries responsible for road construction civilian industry army railways and airports. The student-faculty ratio is 1:10. The faculty members are highly qualified with their master degrees. The exams are quite difficult to pass as the duration between each semester are 2 months and the syllabus is a bit too heavy.
Placement Experience
Campus and placements are good. Maximum placements are from Tata Steel, Royal Enfield, Signania Constructions, LNT and other goods companies. The final year students are eligible for campus placements. The average package offered is 12 Lakhs per year. I plan for higher studies after getting the degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure is not too expensive and affordable. The college also provides a stipend for the economically weaker sections. The payments are done in instalments. There is currently no fees hike.
Campus Life
The annual fest is named Chalantika and it takes place in April and May. The library provides all kind of study related books and other books too. They have departmentally controlled classrooms smart classes.
