Remarks
FORE School of Management is among the top B-schools in Delhi. The placement record is quite good with an average of about 10.8 LPA for the latest year and includes recruitment from prestigious organizations like Nestle, ITC, HSBC, etc. The institution is located quite at a prime location in Delhi, conveniently accessible to all modes. Though the campus area is not at par with IIMs, its location makes up for that. The admission starts around Jan-Feb each year, online and the process is quite well defined, smooth and supported, which includes initial shortlisting through CAT, XAT, GMAT, followed by B-Quiz, WAT, PI and final shortlist.
Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty here is quite top-notch, hailing from IITs, IIMs and even foreign universities. The faculty: student ratio is also healthy, at around 1:50 in each class. The curriculum, teaching pedagogy and delivery is quite enriching and includes presentation, group discussions, audio-visuals, and projects.
Internships Opportunities
A lot of internship opportunities are offered by the college through the Placement cell. Summer Internship Program is a mandatory part of the curriculum as well. Also, a lot of live projects offers also come to the students through the college. Apart from this, students are always open to outside opportunities.
Placement Experience
Placements take place all around the year at FORE, even in the first month of admission itself. Many of the reputed recruiters at FORE include ITC, HSBC, Maruti Suzuki, Hero Motocorp, etc. The average offer is at around 10.8 LPA CTC, the highest being somewhere around 30 lacs.
Fees and Financial Aid
The course cost around 16 lacs generally, but 1 lac was deducted due to Covid this year. The college does offers scholarships to economically weaker students and also notifies them about various govt schemes and scholarships available. Also, some banks have tie-ups with the institute to provide easy loans.
Campus Life
The college organizes an annual college business and cultural fest titled Anubhuti, Freshers Night and annual alumni meet, Jubilate. There around 22 committees in the college run by students. The infrastructure is quite good, with well-equipped classrooms, library and canteen.
Hostel Facilities
FORE doesn't have a hostel of its own but have a tie-up with a hostel service provider Rajhans Hostels. It is situated within the vicinity of 1.5-2 km. You can request for hostel through college. Apart from this, students also opt for flats and PGs in the nearby localities.
Interview Experience
The admission process includes initial shortlisting through CAT/XAT/GMAT, followed by B-Quiz, WAT on any recent business or general events, and PI which includes an extempore. One needs to be well informed, conscious and confident during the processes.
