Remarks

Government colleges always have different preference so I choose Rajkiya Engineering College Mainpuri Uttar Pradesh. This is a newly established but the review of college is quite good and I also I am interesting in Electrical engineering and this college provide me. Here are only core branches that are beneficiary of it. I used Google to know how the college is and other things. Also, I asked people and they tell me government College gives you another type of satisfaction so yes I choose it.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I choose Electrical engineering because I have interested in those types of things, at my home. Seeing a new machine and learn about it that how it all works is quite interesting. The faculty of this college is very good. They are graduated from IIT and NIT. They have vast knowledge in their respective subjects and branches. They are friendly in nature and also very helpful. The exams are held by AKTU, which are moderated in nature, if you take regular classes then you do good in semester examination.

Placement Experience

2.5

From 4th year student become eligible to get a campus placement. This is a new one and also far from the city so placement is not good only 2-3 companies come. If you really want a good placement then you should have to go AKTU, which is in Lucknow because most companies come there. The students' percentage is also not very much satisfactory in the case of campus placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The institution fees are 54,000 and the hostel fees are 12000. It is established in 2015 so hostel facilities are nice. Every room has its own table, chair, and bed. The mess fee is 16,000 and it is worth it. The mess food is good. I am a hosteler, so I feel mess food is not bad like Everyone said hostel's food is worst. But here is not at all. Also, it provides us scholarships which is beneficial for every student.

Campus Life

4

The campus is new so there are not much more facilities but yes if you want then you can enjoy little things also which is quite impressive. In college they arrange technical fest, Sports fest also we go outside by college for another fests and competition. Also, There is IEEE which is an international society for the growth of students and technology. By IEEE there are conducted many competitive like poster making, group discussion, volunteering, etc.

Hostel Facilities

4

As I mentioned earlier this is a new college so the facilities are good. The quality of mess food is also nice and if anyone is sick or unable to eat what they cook then You can tell your problem and they make food what you want. The locality is not good, because it is far 10 km from the city. Near the college, there is no rent room, which is bad. If you want to live in PG then you have to live far 12km from college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose B.Tech CSE course as I am interested in Computer and Coding. Don't go behind the trend. Choose the course according to your interest. Every course and specialization is difficult in its own. Personally I suggest if you took addmission and you are in 1st semester, please focus on your studies. Don't kept roaming and bunking classes as 75% attendance is also necessary.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is Totally academic level which is easy to moderate There are only one or two coding subjects which is done in form of workshops The overall syllabus is good but old and is related to aktu syllabus which needs a change and won't help in technical field a lot Curriculum is still moderate and easy to clear but still some students are back and detained due to less attendance Which is the biggest issue in this college that is 85% u can only take 6-7 holidays in a semester which is so less and two three holiday will let u detained in sessionals which will overall decrease the internal marks in your overall cgpa of college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The subjects like ITC, COI influenced me as why they are in the curriculum they don't provide any skills for the engineering students. Students also studies these subjects in one day and give exam and they forget these subjects add no importance in the curriculum. There are subjects like acquiring buisness communication which helps us to improve our conversation skills confidence that is helpful in the future while interviews. The improvement in the subjects which is not useful for engineering and to increase more things which helps us in coding make us skill good. The frequency and timings of exams are quite tough there are consecutive classes along sessional exams student always stressed and the attendance is also higher so the student can't also take leave for his own mentality stability and to relax . The difficulty is quite high .

Giving them free attendance for that thing . The frequency of exams are about 20 days .
