Remarks

IIT Tirupati is one of the institutions that I am eligible for my JEE advanced rank. I heard a lot about the progress and improvement of this institute this is one of the main reason I chose this institute and after entering this institute I didn't regret my decision.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is designed in a way that students don't get stressed and it is completely students friendly. The academics part is pretty good and is very accessible for all the students. Faculty are more likely friends rather than instructors. The faculty are always enthusiastic in helping students to get their doubts cleared.

Internships Opportunities

I completed my student partner internship with Bolt Iot platform and we are paid based on our performance. I completed my internship on Nov 15th. Currently I am working as the Intern Shala student partner 20 for IIT Tirupati, this is also an performance based paid internship and it is started on Nov 16th.

Placement Experience

25% of students got placed in core engineering, 39%studnets got placed in the software development sector, 9% of students got placed in the finance and banking sector. 21% of students opted for a research and development program in various Indian institutes and also in many foreign institutes.

The techno-cultural fest of IIT Tirupati is named Tirutsava is a very well diverse fest. A lot of students from various colleges in and around Tirupati will be participating in our fest. There are various technical, cultural clubs in IIT Tirupati that help students develop various skills. There are around 20 clubs in IIT Tirupati.

Campus Life

As IIT Tirupati is a 3rd generation IIT, it doesn't have all the facilities that old IIT's has. But IIT Tirupati has al the minimum facilities like labs, classrooms, sports facilities, hostels, dining facilities, medical needs, etc.

Hostel Facilities

Yes, the hostel rooms are shred between students. One kind of room will accommodate 3 students and other kind will accommodate 5 students, but they are very spacious and are comfortable. It is mandatory for all the students to stay in hostels. The hostels are equipped with one common room for some extra circular activates, a study room and all the hostel blocks are equipped with WIFI as well.

Review of My college

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible to sit in the campus placement. There are a lot of companies that visit my college including Amazon, TCS, Wipro, Quaxy and many more. Number of offers made are above 500. Highest package in 2024 was 40 lpa and average package was 5 lpa. Almost 90 percent of the students were placed. I'll go with placement after my degree.

Placement Experience:

From the third semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placements based on thier performance and cgpa or else they must be placed after four semesters in b. Tech. Many companies like Tesla, Amazon, Google, Infosys, Wipro, .. visit the college annually. Average package is of 8lakh per annum and the highest package is 60lpa. 80 percent of the students get placed at the end of the semester. My plans after the degree is to get a good job offering me a minimum 40lpa and after the will establish my own company in the market.

Placement Experience:

Placements were definitely not subdued as top companies in real estate and Infrastructure building. Both private and government companies and one major company that has started coming from our passout year is Mazgaon Dock. I wish I could make it there but atleast 14 student of our batch were placed there.
