Remarks

Ujjain Engineering College (UEC) is an autonomous college under State government of Madhya Pradesh.It is well known for its academics and other social and cultural activities all over India. As our college is funded by government it has a nominal fees. Laboratories are well occupied with latest instruments and also tecologycally advanced gadgets.Other than this, college atmosphere is very good for all around development of students. Both teaching and non-teching staff are supportive.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our course curriculum is stricly based on the GATE syllabus and is regularly get update. Many of aur current faculties like Anshul Mallik Mam, Akash Soni Sir are IITS and other tier1 colleges, they continuously guide us on our career path and also about the current industrial requirements.

Class Size: 63Course Fees: INR 23400 per year

Placement Experience

Good for mechanical, electrical and computer Science, one of few college in Madhya Pradesh with chemical engineering and encouraging faculty. Lots of scope for learning, and good for one who wish to pursue GATE. IIT faculty members and placement mentoring is worth appreciating.

College Events

Campus life in our college promotes the all around develepment of students. Every year our 3 days tecmical festival "Exception" is organised for students and faculty members ather than this many festivals like Hole, Ganesh Chaturthi, Navratra are also celebrated.

Huge library collection and almost all types of books are present. Stationary and other required material present inside campus only. Good Wi-Fi and nearby bank facilities also available. Huge ground and overall nature friendly environment. Spacious and labs are also good.

Hostel Facilities

I live in PG, as boy's hotels infrastructure is not very good in our college. Average rentals near college is Around 1500 to 2000 rupees its all up to your convenience. There are also good messes and tiffin centers which you can acced for food.

Admission

Admissions are accepted through JEE Mains score. The Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Mains Exam is conducted every year by central government institutes in the month of April.

Average placements, Good infrastructure and Good placements

Placement Experience:

I think for 7th and 8th semister students are eligible for the campus placements. The companies like tcs, Amazon, Capgemini, D mart and etc and some other companies. The highest package is about 8 lacs and the lowest package around 2 lacs. The good number of students are placed in the college and like 20 to 40 percentage students have placed in college placements. After getting this degree I will try for a job or I will go for master's.

placement is good 60% to 70% chance there for getting the average package from 3 year students are ready for palcements and internship depending on your skill and academic performance companies mainly comes in it sector like infosys ,tcs, wpro, capgemini, cognizant,deloitte ,cico etc and many more highest is 48 lpa and average around 3 to 6 lpa for more you have to fight off campus placement as i am pursuing bca if i get a good job no matter on camus or off campus i'll stick to it get a experience if not got a good placement then mca from better colleges

Placement Experience:

In our college, placements take place in the final year of the course. By 7th semester, students are eligible to sit for placements. The placement opportunities are quite decent, an average package consists of 5 - 6 LPA every year. Several companies visit our campus like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Cisco, etc. Now, startups also started to visit for placements. Highest package has been 72 LPA, and every year in off campus as well, many students achieve high package like 8 - 12 LPA. Nearly 70% of students gets placed, also some students has other plans for their future. About me, I think of going for placements in my final year for which I have started preparation.

Placement Experience:

After 10th semester the student are available for campus placement Cap Gemini kpit Amazon apple and Google and many other companies are visited in my call is the average package of my college is 6 lakh and the highest package of my colleges 50 lakh about 17% students are getting of placement plan in the student a job is in the Google company average salary from reviews include that the average salary can be low despite Google placement are management of few reviews point out that the management is not always a student focused and from spectrum of the colleges operations could be improved college provider placement as compared to other colleges but college management are not good our very helpful for our students our colleges are very good and and facilities of placement but our colleges are not available in pure water in and drink not available in not available drinking water

This college average package is also better than other colleges like lnct, oriental because this college average package is something 4 to 5lpa and highest package is something 50 lpa. And also very good companies visit our college like TCS, Capgemini,Hcl ,Sap etc and also advantage of college because this college tie up with Capgemini or kpit companies

UEC UJJAIN - Average, Affordable college with a govt tag

Admission process to Uec is done through jee score through mpdte counselling. Once you are allotted a seat here you need to physically visit the college in 3 days of time and confirm your admission. It's a very easy and quick process. Cutoff scores through jee depends branch to branch. For Cse, Ece you need 80+ percentile and for the lower branches like chem, civil you can get them at even 20-60 percentile. The other college i got into was MITS GWALIOR i was getting ece there but based on the city and moving out process didn't work out as I'm a ujjain resident so uec was local for me. If i would've got into even a pretty decent private college like vit, manipal, symbiosis I'd have chosen that over getting an admission here definitely...Read More
