My college experience

The college is pretty good, whether it be studies or co-curricular. The staff is pretty knowledgeable. The only problem is the lack of hiring cell. The admission process is in the followed way admission form submission-written entrance exam-top scorers shortlisted-PI and GD happens. Then the result arrives. Reason for choosing this college is that it has given many civil and judicial servants.

I had intrest in law. Teachers are from NLUs, doctorate degree holders. Terms happen for 6 months and they are pretty normal. Various case studies help in understanding the subjects. The teachers are eligible as they have cleared NET.

There is no placement cell in our college. Students do internships from there first semesters till 10th. Many prepare for the judiciary and for civil services. My plan is to practice for a while and prepare for judicial services.

The fees for this college is a bit expensive as being a government college. We have to pay 43000 each for each sem. Scholarships are applicable to those who are from SC And ST background. Excluding those who had their parents in government service.

Youth fest is conducted in April month. Moot court competition is conducted in September. Sports meet is conducted in December. Many case studies and all cource books are available in the library. Classes are fully air-conditioned and well planned.

GD-PI basically was based upon personality judgement. You can't study for it, it is inbuilt in the person. Interview questions include the introduction, their study background, their fields of intrest. Why they want to choose law there college. These are some basic questions.
