Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course as I want to do a course which offers me a mix of both Management and Technology. Faculty: student ratio was around 1:30. Faculty was qualified enough and few had many years of working in the Industry. Exams were conducted timely every 6 months and it was not difficult to pass if attended college regularly.

Placement Experience

From 3rd Semester students become eligible for campus placements. Bajaj FinServ, Delloite, SKP were companies visited and an average of 2-3 offers was made. Highest average package is 800000 CTC and profile was Business Analyst. 85% of students get placements. My plans are to work in MNC after getting the degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee was 400000 per year which needs to be paid over 2 instalments. Including hostel, facility fees could rise up to 5,50,000 per year. There is financial assistance if any special cases regarding fees.

Campus Life

There were few tech fests which was conducted once a year and another fest in collaboration with other colleges of the universities. Amenities in the classroom were Projector, PCs. Sports and extracurricular activities were less to PG students compared to Degree Students. Different kinds of books related to technology, magazine and daily newspaper from the different publisher were available in the library.

Interview Experience

3.5

Topics can vary from time to time: I got the topic on whether technology is boon or course. There is an essay round to begin, followed by Group Discussion and finally the PI round. Criteria for admission was to have minimum 60 % in 10th, 12th and Bachelors. I saw some mock rounds on YouTube and got help from different websites.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after completing 2nd semester and entering in 3rd semester. Attendance is compulsory for getting the opportunity for placements. The companies like IDBI Bank, HDFC Bank, Property pistol, Godrej Capital are available for placements. The highest paid package is 9.75 for sales and marketing. Till now( 3rd semester) 60% to 70% students are placed. There are more opportunities for sales and marketing as compared to other fields.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. I would definitely recommend this college to the upcoming students those who are planning to do MBA in order to achieve goals and learn quality skills.

Good post graduate program with strong cirriculum

Remarks:

Overall, I would say that I think this is a very unique course being offered by SP Jain and they are very strict with the submission timelines and quality of work. This is definitely is not a run off the mill part time MBA. The institute makes sure you sweat to earn your degree, respectfully!

The unique opportunity of staying in computer field after commerce

I applied to NMIMS and MIT WPU and i got confirmed admission in both of them NMIMS i got selected for Navi Mumbai Branch and decided to reject it due to high living expenses in mumbai and I reject MIT WPU due to lack of placment opportunities. Admission process of SICSR includes an online exam called SET and if you get qualified then you are called for an Interview round. There are seperate qoutas for special categories and international students. Cutoff for this exams are genrally 40-50 marks out of 60 for the written test and PI is for 40 marks....Read More

SICSR Life

I had applied in LPU and Christ University, Bangalore but I chose Symbi bcuz it was always my first choice and reputation wise also Sumbi has the best reputation compared to the rest. Plus, Symbi ranks in the top 3 BCA universities in India. Even Christ comes in the top 3 but i feel it's just cuz of their high intake, whereas, SICSR only has an intake of 180 students for BCA....Read More
