Remarks

I choose to attend this college because it is a government engineering college with a very low fee structure also the cut off of this college is relatively low as compared to other government engineering colleges in Maharashtra.

Course Curriculum Overview

As I did a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from govt polytechnic Nagpur I choose the same branch here for graduation. In our college number of faculty per batch is very less in my EE department there are total of 5 permanent faculty and some non-permanent faculty. Exams are taken very strictly and timely here.

Placement Experience

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. only a few i.e TCS, INFOSYS, Eicher companies visited for campus recruitment last year with highest package offering from TCS of 6LPA. Only a few percentages of students get placed from campus placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

For freshers OBC students the first-year fee is 9k. For SC ST it is around 3k. For the open category, it is around 18k. OBC & SC-ST students get 2.8k scholarship from the state government. There are no campus jobs available here.

Campus Life

College annual festival is conducted in the month of February every year along with the other events organized by each branch throughout the year. Books and journals are easily available from the library. Along with the college annual festival, many sports competition are organized by the college.

Sem 6 is considered preferable for the college placement many students starts getting placed from that, many companies like wipro, mahindra & mahindra, tcs, capgemini, etc. visits each year to the college each and every students gets atleast a offer to them few also gets more than one like 2 to utmost 3 also,750+ students got offered at the final year of 2023 if we include internship offer than it goes more than 1200, in campus highest package was 12lacs off campus was 62lacs, (85%)+ of the students gets placed each year in the college. After i get degree i would try for college placements and would also focus parallely for the off campus placements too, and ofc wherever i will get the highest placement i would go for it.
