Remarks

The college was established in 1954. College is very popular in Bihar. It has wifi campus and best faculty of Bihar. Also college gas well equipped laboratories and library has all the necessary and sufficient books for students.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculties are highly qualified with lots of knowledge and they help students a lot. College syllabus was recently updated in which each of the branch student should have at least basic knowledge about other branches of engineering too. Academic performance of student as well as college is very good because the academics of college is always devoted towards helping students.

Course Fees: INR 480 per year

Placement Experience

There are many company that visits mit every year. Most of the students from each branch gets placed. For civil engineering, Prisom Johnson Ltm. for mechanical ALSTOM visits college every year. HCL, TCS are more companies. Now, leather technology 100% of students get placed.

College Events

Campus life is very enjoyable. It has wifi campus, and have separate grounds for different games. Many events like sports day and tech-fest are organised inside college. It has many clubs like Moxie and Junoon and Tech club. Social life is average. Because girls and boys ratio is not good.

The students of last movement of 6th semester or almost 7 semester are eligible for campus placement. Many reputed companies have visited the college for campus placement, recently The MRF tyres have visited. They have no of openings but they have their own selection process like written test, Personal Interview, Group Discussion. They select the students on these basis. The highest package was 10 LPA offered by JSW steel pvt ltd, and the average package is 5 LPA . Almost 30 to 40 percent of students got placed before their degree completion. Most of the companies offered Graduate Engineer Trainee Post.

For placement there is seperate Building, that place and cell . From 3rd year of college everyone can apply for placement. For IT many companies visiting like Wipro , TCS, and may more . But for Civil Engineering there is lack of opportunities for getting placed .
