Remarks

I chose this college because I wanted to get a college through COMED-K and in my round of counseling, this was the best college available for CSE department. I was also impressed by the college infrastructure, ambience, staff and the setting was a bonus as Bangalore is the hub of IT companies.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty are mostly good and approachable. We all have a faculty advisor who is responsible for helping us in our academics and co-canicular and they are a huge help especially in telling us how to go about our studies and even about other extra events. The academic pattern is also really good, we have two internals and one external exam and the they are well-spaced to provide ample time for preparation.

Course Fees: INR 238000 per year

Placement Experience

The placements in my college are nice with average package being around 4lpa. Students get placed in companies like Capgemini, TCS, Infosys, Oracle, Toppr, etc. There is a department dedicated towards training students for placement exams and interviews which are really effective. Most of the top placed students are from CSE and ECE department and the highest salary goes up to 8-9lpa. Many students even go for off-campus placements.

College Events

The campus life is really fun. We have a number of fests and events all through the year to keep us interested and energized. The campus has a great vibe with people practicing and working on various projects, collaborating on projects and new ideas and we also have many technical events like hackathons, ideathons, project expo, etc. There are many canteens and cafeterias in the campus which compliments the fact that most students do not prefer mess food.

Truth of Don Bosco institute of technology Bangalore

Definately i choosen the wrong college because I don't have options because I wrote Jee mains and I scored 89 percentile but I am from general category since I have no reservation the cut off missed by 1 percentile I was hoping that I will clear jee die to that I didn't concentrate on kcet due to that it came the worst result so I was getting only civil, mechanical by kcet that to same college Don Bosco Bangalore college then I applied for comed k in that I got ok ok result but there my bad luch in 1st round I got Swami Vivekananda College Puttur , in 2md doubt Don Bosco institute of technology so I hope that in 3rd round some how I will get upgrade but didn't get in COMEDK if u got ill 3rd round then the fees is not refunded so there is no option...Read More
