Remarks

Its a women's college so a big advantage plus its an Autonomous college. There is a good teaching faculty also for refreshment there are some fests, events. Its the first womens university in India. One of the reputed college of engineering.

Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus revently got updated in the year 2019. There are mostly marathi's crowd for the faculty. But the way of teaching is very good. They took continuous assments every week also there were projects assignments submissions.

There are 6 commitee in college. Where the 4 are technical and other 2 are non-technical. In technical's commitee we have 2 day fest for each commmitee where there were alot of events are there. For non-technical commitee also there is a 2 day fest in which there are events based on non-technical like communication skills related.

An Honest Review

Placement Experience:

The Campus placement of VNIT Nagpur is good enough. Students of 7th and 8th semesters are elegible for campus placement. Many companies visited in the campus some prominent names were google, Microsoft, amazon, Goldman Sachs, and many core companies such as bajaj, HPCL,BPCL etc. the number of offers made was 760 in 2024 and placement percentage was around 80 percent.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college are pretty good considering the Fact that mostly its the Top 2000-3000 students from Maharashtra that make it to this college. The average Package offered in the college is Around 11LPA while the highest package last year was around 48LPA. The names of the Top companies that have recruited students from my college include Adobe, Amazon and Mastercard. The placement percentage from the past few years has been above 90%. My plans after getting the Degree is either to continue my Cricket Career as a Proffesional or to become a Commercial Pilot.

LIFE AT USHA MITTAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY.

i applied in difffrent colleges like ST. Francis college of engineering, borivali , Atharva college of engineering , malad etc. I didnt make it there as being a student belonging to the open category the cutoff for my desired branch was a bit higher whereas my college provided me with an opportunity to be eligibible for my desired branch.
