Remarks

The best college.one among the top 10 Colleges in Chennai. This College has the best ranking in NAAC. College is autonomous. Maths is an interesting subject.i love to solve the problems. This is the reason to choose bsc. Mathematics. The environment of This College is really very nice and whole College is covered with green plants. Thats the best thing i like most in this College.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course are various different types.many many different courses are available. Syllabus is nicely designed by the management. These syllabus is very welll updated.The subjects are easy to catch and understand. Faculties are so experienced and they teach us really well. We as students can easily understand the concept in that way facilities teach us. Mo industrial exposure is available for my department.

Class Size: 35Course Fees: INR 220000 per year

Placement Experience

Placement cell will guide the final year students. Placement training will be given to the students through seminars, webniars and special classes on placement. Most of our students where get placed in higher companies with a good salary. Dr.radhakrishnan for whom we all are celebrating the Teachers day is one of our alumni. PepsiCo CEO is also one of our alumni.

College Events

The College life is very different this is the part where the students can come across the good and bad in their life. learning new things is part of the campus life. Festivals like utsav, moon shadow, Octavia, quest it are the technical and non - technical Events. Students can gain knowledge in technical Events by participating in those events.students can take part in non - technical Events to show their talent other than studies.

Likes

The college staffs are friendly and staffs are also very much involved into extracurricular activities.
The college has well maintained lavatories
The staffs send us internship opportunities

Dislikes

The drinking water facilities are poor and not well utilized
The college dont have active participation or training for sports, but they are focusing more now.
Water stagnates during rain at college premising and has poor bike parking facilities

Placement Experience:

The college brings in mass recruiters during the placement season during 7th semester itself and companies, the avg package would be 4-5 LPA and companies with high pakages also come in for hiring but has huge competition.

the college could improve its pratical learning modern laboratory facilities industry exposure internship oppornities and placement support more interactive teaching methods and better career guidance would benefits students.
the college has knowledgeable and supportive faculty a friendly campus environment good learning facilities and opportunities to participate in events and build friendships the curriculum provides a strong theoretical foundation.
campus life is enjoyable and students generally interact well with each other the girls to boys ration is approximately depending on the course and batch overall the college offers a good learning environment with scope for improvement.

Dislikes

the college needs to improve its laboratory facilities and provide more pratical sessions workshops and hands on learning opportunities to help students gain industry relevant skills.

Placement Experience:

the college provides placement opportunities for eligible students generally starting from the sixth or seventh semester depending on the course and company requirement companies from different sectors visit the campus to recruit students for roles such as trainee software developer analyst and other entry level positions the number of companies visiting offers made and salary packages varies each years.

Many clubs available from Toastmasters to Campus Life, Our club Toastmasters is one of the peak highlights of our college. We regularly go to corporates to attend meetings of their clubs and network a lot.
Love the Research setup of our college. Has more than 15 COEs present. ABB research centre is the best among them
The bring in a lot of industry professionals every.One or the other event always keeps happening.

Dislikes

Campus is not very huge since it's in the centre of the city but the outside shops make up for this

Placement Experience:

From the very entry into your third year, you will be eligible to most of the placements. The training provided is very exquisite and some of the trainings start as early as 1st year. 2026 highest package was 55LPA. Many companies like from product companies like Microsoft, Capgemini to service based companies like TCS, INFOSYS etc.. visit our campus for regular placements. About 98% of people placed as far as I have heard.

This college have a great principal who is very passionate about what he is doing
You will be Able to have a budget friendly life here

Dislikes

Faculties are not upto mark but they are ok
The infrastructure is not good but yes they are improving
Very bad toilet facilities, campus is not that big

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is possible here You will get intership from nimhans Bangalore and many great places There is campus placement but Id rather recommend to have other methods coz you will get great package for this course than the place they are placing us.

A view on recent days MCC

First there is no test admission it purely based on your cut off mark and first come first serve. The factors that made me choose Madras Christian College were it's tradition and culture, in mcc we have rich culture and traditions which took places throughout the year, I get to know about this from my brother. I have a applied up to 8 college and I got selected from all the 8 colleges First one Guru Nanak Second one Vivekananda College Third MCC Fourth Loyola Thomas College Sixth dgv 7th Hindustan College And SRM ramapuram I have choose the MCC College because it has good amount of surroundings and and good amount of environment which are useful for the people who are studying there and they have different types of cultures and people all over from India you studying in the college. Nmcc there are 70% of the people are from Kerala on 30% from Chennai. So colleges good campus interview on teaching skills on speaking skills and kind hearted person.
