Good teaching, Very good studying environment. Staff are very supportive and give proper guidance. College is situated at a reachable distance from my home. The fee is less when compared to private colleges.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is quite updated with 2 electives from 5th semester. Students can choose any 2 subjects among the choices given to us. Regular workshops are held on different technologies few like 3d printing and CNC programming. Faculties are very supportive and are student friendly. It's difficult to name few since there are many of them. Our HOD and principal are very supportive for research work publication etc. Overall all the facilities are good.
Internships Opportunities
Interned in Mahindra the process how I got this internship is through referal. My hod and the college have given us a letter which we used to get the opportunity to do internship in mahindra. It wasn't a paid internship and no stipend was provided since it was for a tenure of one month.
Placement Experience
Many companies like Infosys, Manipal Technologies, TCS, specbee, qspiders, deduce Technology, United rubber, Resgaurdo, Tayana, diya systems,Talentio etc about 120+ students are placed this year even during this pandemic
College Events
There are various technical branch wise clubs like yantrika, technocrators etc along with clubs like IIOT club, SAE club, Entrepreneurship club, NSS-YRC Rotaract club all are active and students conduct various activities like beach cleaning, blood donation, formula car design and manufacturing, IIOT seminars and project competition, aviskar which is a science model competition for PUC students in Karnataka. Cultural events like Manthana and intercollegiate event like Varnotsava with loads of events.
Fees and Financial Aid
Epass scholarship which is provided by government of Karnataka which I got to know from my college. Other than that there are few scholarship which my friends avail it's for minority Christians and muslims and many more a whole list of them is given to us at the time of joining this college.
Campus Life
Very good infrastructure with gymnasium with all the necessary equipments, handball court, volleyball court, basketball court as well. Provision for carrom chess, table tennis as well. Well equipped labs with new technologies like 3D printer and CNC machine. Free wifi within the campus for academic purpose. A well furnished library with 2-3 rooms filled with books of both academic, research, magazines, newspapers etc. Room for group discussion, self study, seminars, mock interview etc.
