99th Rank in Engineering colleges in India.My Brother who Studied in this college & The college was really good with Caring teachers & the infrastructure was Fine.530 Teachers with 210 P.hd Staffs in our college.Goverment funding over 2768 Lakhs.44 patents,116 Books have been published in our college .83 buses for transport students and teachers.higest pay was 27 per annum.16th position in engineering in our state.I recommend anybody to join in our college

Course Curriculum Overview

The course Syllabus is under ANNA UNIVERSITY,Chennai This is good enough with industrial exposure.The faculties in this college were also good enought to learn.Where i like the Computer science faculty was very nice in this college .

Placement cell has been functioning in our campus since 1998. The cell interacts with reputed organizations in order to arrange campus interviews for placement of final year students. The placement cell also arranges internship for students in industries.Wipro ,Infosys,Accenture,Hp,Tata,Tech Mahendra,TVS & Many more company come to our college for placement.

The word 'Kongu' refers to a region of the southern state of India and the term 'Kongu Vellalar' specially means the agricultural community, predominated in the west of Tamilnadu.The cultural program will be grand in our college where the outer college students will come and participate in various competitions and enjoy our program.We celebrate for pongal,deepavali and other festivial in grand manner.

The college has WiFi Facility,Ambulance,Foodcourt,KVB Bank & ATM,24 x 7 Power Supply,RO Purifier ,For Banking we have KVB bank inside our college,Post office were also available in our college inside were some good facilities in our college

Hostel Facilities

Dheeran Mens Hostel,Valluvar Mens Hostel,llango Mens Hostel,Bharathi Mens Hostel,Kamban Mens Hostel,Ponnar Mens Hostel,Sankar Mens Hostel were the hostel blocks available in our college.4 members per room .65000 hostel rent per year.

About our campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm pursuing my B.E degree in UCE, Dindigul. I have a own interest on the Mechanical engineering field. The faculty members are the guidance for our future goals. The faculty members are have a great talent in the Mechanical field. The exams are conducted as 2 times in a year. They are seperated by semesters. The exams are easy for studied students and sometimes it's difficult.

Placement Experience:

When talking about placements in our college for ECE it depends on you because there are no campus placements only they will guide you to join the companies which are tied up with the college, and the companies are cisco, Wipro and some small industries if your good at core knowledge you can get your dream jobs. The highest package is 3.5 lakh per annum and the average package is 1.5 lakh per annum. The placement percentage is around 85%. My plans after completion are to join on PSUs via GATE for that I am preparing from 1st semester by self study.

Microsoft recruited a student with a package of Rs. 38.5 lakhs per annum. Average package is of 4-6Lakhs. Above 90% of students get placed. To get a decent job.

My Point Of View Of My College

My preference in my 12th std is join clge in chennai side, So we did counselling we put all the colleges in chennai and only one college in erode as our brother refers. in the counselling results i got only erode clge that is Kongu Engineering Colleger. Starting I have no idea about the College and the City.
