Remarks

One the best college in Rajkot , and also best for computer engineering. In Rajkot it is top rated college according to GTU.

Course Curriculum Overview

Since childhood I had interest in computer so I selected computer programming. Faculties in our college are good enough . But they are not efficient . As we know in the college most off the study we to do by our self . Personally I don't like the teaching method because in our most off the faculty use PPT method in class which means on screen they will run the PPT and will read the contains of the PPT. There are two exams in one semester one mid sem and another pre GTU. It is very easy to pass in both the exams..

Placement Experience

After 6th sem students become eligible for campus placements . Average package is 3 lac per annum . And maximum package is 25 lac per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is simple , the yearly fee for B.TECH is Rs.88,000 . We have to pay the fees per sem Rs.44,000. In first sem they provide the scholarship based on 12th marks and GUJCET .

Campus Life

Many fest are organized in our college . Annual fest is organized every year on 15 September on Engineer's Day and my tech fest are organized . Many books and journals in the college library . And also book bank provided every sem . Many sports and extra curricular activities are organized in our college. Many clubs are also there for students .

Placement Experience:

the placement at vgec at decent, especially considering it is a government college with very low fees. student become eligible for campus placement from the 6 th and the main placement drives begin in the 7 th and 8 th semesters. many well known compnies visit the camppus every tear for software , core engineering and management roles. compnies like TCS, infosys, wipro , taat consultancy, adani, gsfc,and a few stertup hire students from different branches. the number of offers varies every year , but the overall trend is improving . some companies offer multiple job roles such as software engineer , QA engineering , embendede engineering , trainee engineering and analyst position . higher pacage is 5 lacks. after completing my degree , i plan to focus on improving my technical skills .

Decent college with room to grow

Placement Experience:

studemts become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester.The placement acitivity keeps happening throghout the final year.companies like TCS,Tata LTIindtree,wipro and few local startup like tcs and ltimindtree and the avg pakage stays on the lower sidw compared to big private colleges,The opporrinties are there ,but not as many as we expect. the percnatage of stundents getting placed depends a lot on the batch ,but it's definitely not 100%. A good number of students get interships or jobs their own efforts also,beacuse some companies dont visit every year.if a student if genuinely working on skills and projects,they can manage to get something , but the college placements alone might not be enough for evryone. after completing my degree, l plan to work on my technical skills and try for better opportunities throgh of campus options as well.i don't want to depend only on the on capus placements.my goal is to build a good portfolio so i can apply to bigger companies later.

My Life at D.D.I.T
