Syllabus was better compared to other universities, I wanted to do my hons with science degree and no other university had the Same degree And those which had didnÕt have an improved syllabus Some of the faculty I can say is really good not all but some are really professional and great at teaching Though our field being Major in psychology Should have more exposure to physical setting but itÕs been 2 years since I am here neither us nor PG students nobody has got any chance to visit a clinic or hospital or meet or observe any real patient thatÕs the only con which I thought Our institute would provide and I think itÕs a problem Other than this itÕs ok not great but ok

Syllabus is comparatively good and is being regularly improved But one thing is that there is less emphasis on learning and more on work and files and projects and marks. our field being a clinical field there is not even 1% of physical exposure to any real patient or clinic and hospital setting. Talking about faculties there are some teachers who are extremely polite, professional, and great at teaching. and then there are 2 to 3 teachers with whom my personal experience has not been so great with them being very narcissist and rude also paying attention to certain 1 or 2 students only and being very lazy and not paying a lot of attention to our problems not even bother listening to them and the viva or practical thing in our institute is the worst they wonÕt look at your work or what do you have to say but just your face and not just mine but my friendsÕ interaction has always always been the same with half of the faculty. so faculty is not so great

I did an internship at dr. Anil tambiÕs clinic (psychiatrist) It was a great great experience and I got a lot of exposure to different kinds of patients and problems It was not a paid internship A normal one to one interview was done

I donÕt know I have not had any exposure to that thing in our college never have I ever talked to any senior about this thing so I am not aware and would not like to comment

Not so great the campus infrastructure not being good, then the events organised are also not so great and properly managed about extracurricular activities if you want to be a part you will have to miss a large part of your studies and our college being a type which lays a lot of emphasis on weather or not you attend classes or are regular or not and your files n all it becomes very very difficult as teachers take classes even during the major college fest.

There is only one Small ground collectively used for events sports hanging around dance practices and everything, library is good and only good place I miss day not properly managed though but does itÕs work for providing any book you want and labs are okay as well systems are old but still are okay campus is never clean and classes are never properly equipped with seating arrangements students have to arrange chairs and tables from other classes most of the time.
