Remarks :

It is one of the good colleges in Ernakulam city. It has various courses and our college campus is very big. The transportation facility is also available. I selected this course because there is much scope for the accounting through computer.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The faculty in my college is very good and they have clear knowledge about the subjects they teach. There was a good computer lab facility. The syllabus was fully updated. The tutors helped each one of us in studies. There was enough industrial exposure.

Placement Experience :

My college provided many placement oppurtunities for those students who are looking for jobs after their graduations. My college also provides internships. The last year project was based on company so it helped me to understand the working of company.

College Events :

The campus life was very colourful. I had enjoyed each and every moment i have spent in my collefe. The college has setup a gym facility. The college have organised various management fests, intercollege fests, quiz competitions etc. Our college day was most memorable one. We have conducted sports day every year.

From 4th semester, students become eligible for placements ie; at the beginning of second year itself . Students are eligible with a CGPA of 7 for most of the companies visiting Amrita School of Business, Kochi. Most of the banks like Federal Bank, South Indian Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI BANK etc comes for placement. Also PWC, Deloitte, BNY Mellon etc comes for placement. Many marketing companies like World of Stones, Exide batteries etc will come for placements. Good companies are more coming for placements. Avg package is 6 lakhs and highest is 14 lakhs. From the 3rd year onwards we could attend placement interviews and many companies used to approach our college but mostly IT companies as I was in civil dept the construction companies were very less or NIL. In our batch, most of the students got placed and many offer letters but the only disadvantage was the offers were not from the core companies.
