Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very reliable and trustworthy. Students get an environment where they can evolve in many fields like technical, cultural, sports, etc. Faculties have been always kind and supportive.

Class Size: 110Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Place and job opportunities are good according to the current scenario and moreover the number of companies is now increasing than before. Even their feedbacks are pretty much good and they tend to visit again. This year the highest package was given by Byjus which 10 LPA. Three students were selected by this company at the same 10 LPA. Average package of this college is about 2.5 LPA.

College Events

Campus Life is awesome & I always get motivated by my seniors and faculty members. There are many events organized each & every year. Two of them are the big events which are Frolic & Provenance. Frolic is a three-day sports event and Provenance is also a three-day event but is a techno-cultural fest.

Campus Life

The campus infrastructure is awesomely awesome. Yeah, you heard it right, you will find many places where you can peacefully do your work and greenery all around with big labs and classes. There are three big playgrounds where you can enjoy multiple activities.

A Real Student Experience at DEC

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the course curriculum is okay and the basics are covered well, which is one reason I choose this branch, but some subjects feel outdated and not fully connected to real industry work. It prepare us for further studies more than practical jobs. Exams come every semester with internals in between, difficulty is moderate but few papers become tricky. I think more practical topics, updated labs and better teaching methods will make the curriculum more useful...

Placement Experience:

In my college the placement system is not very strong because no big companies actually visit our campus. Students become eligible from 5th semester but still there is no regular campus drive. Sometimes small local garages or workshops come but they dont offer proper package, mostly they give training type work with very low salary. So there is nothing like highest or average package in my college, and only around 5–10% students manage to get some kind of job through their own contacts or relatives. Most of the students prefer to go for B.Tech or prepare for govt exams after diploma because campus placement is almost not there. My plan after completing the course is also to study further and look for better opportunities outside, since my college does not provide strong placement support. Overall placement in my college is weak and needs lot good improvement but the vishal sir is very good to get job for for others

There are labs for each subject in which we get real world application knowledge. Also course is updated regularly as per the requirement of industry . The course can we improved by making course more practical rather than a writing all things on practical it should include project for students. Frequency of exam is that in every 15 days there is a exam with moderate to difficult level.

In the fifth and sixth semesters, students are prepared with aptitude training sessions, group discussions, and resume construction. About 85% of qualified pupils were placed during the previoes school year. Compared to core engieering fields, placements rates were marginally higher in IT branches.

The admission process was offline. forms has to be filled up which cost 1000rs as registration. application form is available on the main building of the college in 2nd floor. There was no minimum marks for admission we only need to qualify 12th. Admission was taken through councelling of jharkhand combined exam and jcece. We had been called according to our rank in jcece exam. We had been called on different days and different tome slots. At that process we were asked to choose our preference of colleges.
