Remarks

College management is a bit bad in hostel wise bit they do spend a lot in college wise.

Entrance Preview

I took SRMJEE exam inoder to get into this college. I wish to study as it was been the top 10 university in India.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is awesome . they have a particular way of study materials for this studying. And the teachers teaches correctly the way it used to be.and they offer amny courses even they offer film based courses.

Internships Opportunities

Almost all companies cover up like Google, amazon, TCS, wipro, Infosys and all the people are being offered a very good offer package.and the internship are being carried by ourself.

Placement Experience

It's excellent. All the people are being selected by some or other company. Just study without keeping arrear and you will b placed.

College Events

We celebrate every year a cultural festival named Milan . It's one among the best cultural festival ever found and every month they have a DJ night party and many other festivals carried on the college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is a bit expensive as it one of the top private university in India and the accommodation is to very expensive . Fess is the major problem for the people.

Yeah every year they give the scholarship and proper loan facilities for the students from the poor background.

Campus Life

It's very good interns of academics wise and it lacks a bit in sport (ramapuram campus) and the main kattangalthur branch is well known for the sports. They have the India 'S top leading basketball team.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are a bit bad but its fine coz people taker rooms near the college and come as day scholar.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

We have the best seniors around here and they treat us really good. No ragging.and they treat us very friendly. And the ragging is strictly prohibited here.

Exam Structure

Exam structure are good such that they give proper study leave for the preparations. And the teachers provide us correct important questions so that we don't have to stress out.

All the faculty are very good teaching wise and has experience teaching. All the teachers are being from major companies and they are being hired by a special way in the college.

After 6 semester the students are eligible for all the core and it placements. For us the core companies are Capgemini tech pub(32), sopra steria(5) and boeing . The highest package is 8lpa and average is 5 lpa Out of 100 55 students are getting placed each year. I got placement in Capgemini and I am working on Capgemini.

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.

I applied at PDEU, Gandhinagar and SRMIST and both colleges admissions were almost done but since my family is from Chennai, we al decided to stay close to home atleast for UG.
