Remarks
I wanted to challenge myself. Dhempe college is a good place for a raw talent who wants to make a name for him/herself. I knew it had a team in various sports and cultural event and I had a greater chance to participate in these events through this college because it gives chance to newbies. Of course it has a drawback, it doesn't have a big campus. But it is good at the sane time as you are either in class, our outside the campus. I chose Dhempe because unlike the Top-most Colleges is Goa such as Xavier's or Chowgules, Dhempe gives an opportunity to learn, to grow, to experience new things and to fly in this process. It provides Character development, and it gave me the opportunity that no other college would've given me. A person needs a chance to prove himself, and Dhempe provides you with various opportunities.
Course Curriculum Overview
It is almost impossible to get Debarred in Dhempe. If you do, then it's mostly because you NEVER attended any lecture. The teachers are the friendliest people you find, who are better friends then actual college students. Notes are provided in time. The papers set in Dhempe is difficult to Score, but easy to pass.
Internships Opportunities
The college recommends internships if one wants to opt for it. For Psychology based students there is an opportunity to work with mentally challenged children.
Fees and Financial Aid
It's very very affordable. I don't think any one would have a problem paying the fees.
Campus Life
Dhempe I an eventful college, hosting and participating in events throughout the year. Beginning once the rains recedes, the college participates in a number of intercollegiate cultural events as well as sports events. The college hosts its own event as well while it also has its own Janmastami celebration, Fun week, Annual Social Gathering every year. There are a number of groups run by"Dhempeites". A social wellness group named "Uzwaad" is one of them.
