Remarks

It was my dream to become a doctor, so I gave neet exam to get a seat in government medical college. I got 8263 rank in my first attempt. I could have got admission in a college in my own state even in my hometown but I preferred MGIMS. This college has a history of its own. It has completed 50 years. Infrastructure is good and you get all the exposure you hoped for. This college teaches us to help the needy. The social service camp for 1st year student helps a lot to know the health problems prevelent in rural india. I had got a college which far exceeds my expectation

Course Curriculum Overview

The name MBBS is just sufficient to tell what the course is about. The curriculum is set by MUHS, Nashik under the guidelines by Indian medical association. I am in first and the professors I have encountered are very helpful and generous. They have good knowledge of the subject.

Internships Opportunities

After giving final year exam we have to do 1 year of internship within the college. It is common for every medico in india.

Placement Experience

5

We doesn't need placements as we become doctors and after clearing the exam we can have a government job or practise on our own. There is an annual alumni meet in the college. There is a separate alumni association which manages it. Many alumni have started giving medals to the exemplary students.

College Events

3.5

There is a annual cultural gathering and a fest. There is celebration for every indian festival. The management is done by the organiser batch. The students from every batch are free to participate. The scale of the event depends on the time. The gathering is huge which lasts for two days and there is lot of fun participating in it.

Campus Life

Wifi is available throughout the campus and the data speed is too good. The library is huge with well sorted arrangement of books. I had never seen a better library than the one in our college. Labs are fully equiped with all the necessary equipments. There are different charts and models available for various topics. For disection there is a cadaver for every 25 students which is even better than some private colleges. Sports is the one area where I think the college lacks.

Hostel Facilities

It is compulsory for every student to live in hostel. The rooms are easily available. The best part is that we don't need to share our rooms. Each student gets his own room. Hostel infrastructure is also good.

Placement Experience:

BMCC college provide the internship as well as placements to the interested students. Average package in BMCC college your can expect 4 lpa and the highest can go up to 7 lakhs. In BMCC college well known companies like JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, BNY mellon,HDFC Bank, Wipro , Infosys, Tata Motors, Zomato etc have came for the Placement. Looking at the current scenario in the market placements are okay in BMCC college. But still it can be improved college needs to get more well known reputated companies also they should make sure to get a good job role for the students.

Placement Experience:

Students becomes eligible from sem 1 only but package offered is quite low like 5000 per month. Real placement starts from 3rd year from internship. Many tunes internship turns into a full job. Microsoft visited last year and offered 40 lpa. Companies like tcs, tcs ninja, google, infoys, emearson, accenture etc visits every year and offers good salary. Highest pakage was 40 lpa offered by microsoft, average is 5 lpa. For extc highest was 25 lpa offered by tcs. Almost 85 percent people gets placement on campus. Off campus highes package offered was 60lpa.My plan after getting degree is to sit in campus placement and get myself a good job.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It's good, it's fun and I enjoy it. It changes every sem and that's why we also get to explore more of the subjects. It also depends on the professor tho. First year is to chose 6 different subjects and explore. Then second year you get to choose one major and two minors. Major are then divided into 3 parts, the 2 minor subject are elaborated and one compulsory subject which is English, this continues for third year. There are 2-3 additional subjects that change every sem too like PE, EVS, etc.
