Remarks
The good highlights of the college are strict anti-ragging squad and compulsory dress code. Failing on which you wont be able to enter the campus. The transport facility was the best with around 60 college buses. The infrastructure of the college is also good. But due to its huge strength the college area has to be increased.
Entrance Preview
I took KLUEEE which is a separate entrance for my college as it is a deemed university. I got rank of 406. I am interested in ECE and so I took this course.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is well planned by HOD and department staff in every branch.
Internships Opportunities
There was no stipend given by the companies which came to our college. In fact we were needed to pay some amount to do internship in that particular company which came to our college.
Placement Experience
In passed out year the placements were limited to just few companies. I didn't get a placement and so searched for a job on my own. But later I heard from my juniors that placement were good from the next year.
College Events
Our college festival is SAMYAK and people from different colleges come for participation. Even students from other states come to give paper presentations and participate in workshops.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are no scholarships in our college but educational loans can be availed from SBH which has a branch in campus premises. I didn't take any loan and so don't know the interest rates.
Campus Life
The diversity was good as the students in our college were from different states. We even have grounds for Football,Tennis,Volleyball. There is even indoor stadium to play games like Badminton,TT. Gym facility can also be availed in the campus by paying extra fee. Robotics workshops are frequently conducted which give you training and help you in designing a robot.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is provided with 24hrs Wi-Fi facility. The hostel rooms should be booked in advance. Even though the hostel seats are full no need to worry as there are lot of PG's available near the campus at Vaddeswaram which is 1km from the college with average rentals around Rs 3000.
Alumni/Alumna
College seniors were good enough to help during the alumni. They would guide us in team management during college festivals. There are also different clubs which are headed by seniors and they help in encouraging talent in us. I rate it as 4/5.
Faculty
There would be a minimum of 30% Ph.D holders in faculty from every branch.
