Fantastic Four Years of my life

My college was awesome. College management was quiet fair and active.

I took KIITEE I got 6964 rank and i did not have any other better option at that point of time. I attended the counselling and got Electronis branch which i was intending for.

Course carriculum was healthy and busy. It was just good enough.

Companies like Infosys and HP organised internship in our college and offered 10-15 thousands stipend per month. I did not do any internship from my college.

Placement and job opprtunities are just good enough. Almost 1700 students out of 2100 were placed in almost 100 different companies. In day zero companies like Delloite and Mu-Sigma came and tool almost 70 students and offered them 5-6 lakhs salary package per annum. In day one Accenture,Wipro,Cognizant and Infosys selected almost 1300 students and offered them 3-3.25 lakhs per annum package.

In our college every year an annual fest named KRITANSH was organised by the college in which different technical and cultural programs were organised. It was follwed by a star night were rock bands and bollywood personalities were called. Apart from Kritansh almost every month some workshops and cultural and social functions were held.

Fee structure was exoensive. Annual fee was 2.45 lakhs which included 30000 for hoatel and 30000 for mess fees. Apart from this we had to submit 1000 for registration fee and 1000 for examination fee per semester.

I got a loan of 7.5 lakhs from canara bank after getting admission in the college. Loan process is quiet lengthy but its feasible.

Campus life was just fun and learning. Gender ration was almost balanced in our college. Diiferent extracarricular activities were held regularly. Different types of workshops and fests were held. Interhostel cricket football and volleyball tournaments were held regularly.

Hostel facilities were very good. Rooms were clean and corridors were airy and lighting was apt. In each room 3 students lived.Each room comprised of 3 beds,3 cupboards,3 tables and 3 chairs. Washrooms were very clean and hygeinic. Mess was also up to the mark. Food was helathy and facilities in the mess were just fine.

Kiit alumni meet is held in different parts of India at regular intervals. I have not attended any such meet but heard from my mates who attended this.

Exam structure was healthy and competitive. We had class tests weekly tests mid semester exam and end semester exam. Apart from this assignments and projects were also given. So exam structure was hectic.

Faculties were mostly highly qualified and some of them were highly experienced in teaching line.
