Staff is very good and this college is number one for its study nd responsibilities i appriciate the way teachers teaches students and also teachers are very helpful they help in every situation and also help students to increase thier skills by organising quiz and exihibitions

Yes my course syllabus is updated every faculity is good but i m maths student so for me mathematics faculity is verry nice and helpful i m greetful that i have such a good staff and to be student of mathematics

Our vollege has very hood infrastructure like in our clases there are provided projecter teachers teach practiclly tooo our college organise sports event annully for all department students in our college library every type of book provided whuch we issued any tym everythnig is very nice in our college

Hostel Facilities

Evrything is nice they provide us duch a nice rooms a table chirs almirah bed everything we needed they provide us hostel staff is also very helpful and understanding there is proper cleaniness in corridors too

Brief About NITJ

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement in their final year (7th semester). only a few companies made no offers. I can recall only 1 name Nation with NAMO. highest package in Civil branch was 14LPA. Average is 6LPA. for all branches highest was 42LPA with average 12 LPA. placement % is 60-80 among all branches which is improving every year. I am planning for higher education.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course that is bsc in artificial intelligence and data science is quite demanding and I think this is the only field which is growing faster. Another reason for choosing this was I had huge interest in this field. But faculty,their teaching way and syllabus is too way less as compared to course. They focus more on their rather than the practical work but in this field practical work is more important than theory as theory plays no role in this field . They must reduce the number of mid sem exams conducted and focus more on making students better in practical work. After the starting of semester, just after 25 days when syllabus not even completed as the 1st unit.. they shout spreading the news of exams. We just got too busy in exams which make us feel distracted from our real work .

True experience of a SLIET Student

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course as I was interested in Robotics and my parents wanted me to take a core branch. The curriculum is not very relevant but some topics are good and related like modern welding technologies and manufacturing techniques. I think our college curriculum needs to be updated where more new world technologies like AR and VRs should be taught with advance robotics. Teaching methods used are classical I think professors should try to use smart classrooms to visualise the concept to make it better understandable. Exams are moderate level but I think our college needs to reduce exam frequency although we have time but due to exams nearly every month it doesn't feel good.
