Excellent college in our area. Little bit strict. Mobile is allowed. Admission process is easy for it

Teaching staff is very good. Cleanliness is very nice. College fees are less then others

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

SIT is best engineering college of Pune!!

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. I wanted to be an engineer from a young age. My dream is to become an engineer and work in organizations like isro, barc. For that I had to choose a good college. Jayhind College of Engineering is a highly reputed and high quality college. And close to my home. So I entered this college. I am not coming to any quota method. So I got admitted in this college according to the cap round. The admission process is extremely easy and simple. In order to get admission in this college, at least 70% marks in 12th science branch were required. I had 73% in science branch. I applied online and got my number in cap round. Then my admission was confirmed by paying Rs.36000. Fee structure remains as it is for every year with some minor Rs.1000-2000 changes. This is good college for middle class students....Read More
