Remarks

It is a good college and has ranked 2nd amongst the other government medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh.There are faculty members various qualifications from post-graduates to super specialised from the esteemed government and private medical colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview

Teachers in our college are highly qualified. They teach and help at any time, and they provide different types of assignments. They also provide study materials to help us and provide online classes, PDF, PPTs and a lot of things.

Class Size: 64Course Fees: INR 36000 per year

Placement Experience

The placements in the college are best. Many doctors of this college are working in various parts of the world like UK, Australia, UAE, Dubai. China etc. The placements are always from government hospitals. No doctor is unemployed

College Events

Events, fests and extracurricular activities organised here are awesome. Scholarships are provided.Events and every festival is celebrated in this college campus. Campus surrounding is very helpful and reliable. Extra curricular activities like dancing singing and gaming connect each and every student to each other and helps in stress relieving.

Campus Life

GSVM Medical College has five boys hostel and a girl's hostel. There is a huge playground. There is a central library, and it is air-conditioned. There are air-conditioned classrooms. There is a good medical college along with an extension to super-speciality block. The hostel mess is also okay.

The curriculum is more inclined towards a theoretical side and lacks practical exposure. In the present scenario, having practical knowledge is a must if you want to survive in the industry, which my college didn't prepare me for. However, there are various opportunities across the campus. We have AIC inside the campus, which may offer an internship to the students if they reach out to them.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year you are eligible for placement sheat in college. The highest package was 1.5 cr approx and average 7-8 lakh. Percentage of students to get placement should be around 1/4 of overall students means . I will apply for both on campus and off campus placement.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements from the 3rd year. The placement of the college is decent. The average package for tech branches stands at 4-5 LPA. Most of the offers are made from mass recruiters like TCS, cognizant, etc. However, product-based companies also visit the campus but very few students get short-listed for them. The highest package for the 2025 batch was around 22 lakhs from JP morgan in which 2 students got placed. Microsoft also offered a package of 18 LPA. The placement percentage is around 50-60%. If you maintain 8+ CGPA and have the fundamentals clear then you can definitely secure a decent package from this college. The placement department of the college is supportive.

Placement Experience:

Actually we do internship in apex hospital and we have 100% placement. We have 100% placement here every year students get job in apex hospital and also in other places. But so such companies or anything come for placement. Average package is 5 lakhs per annum. After getting degree I will prepare for Norcet exam .
