Remarks

I choose this college because of its academic reputation, excellent teaching and extra- curricular activities. I choose this course because becoming a teacher is my ambition and passion. And I believe that teaching is one of the most respected Job across the world.

Course Curriculum Overview

Excellent. Academics are going well even though during this pandemic situation of COVID 19. Curriculum is well-structured with teaching & communication skills, critical & creative thinking and relevant ideas on the optional subject. The only problem facing is that we are not able to have Teaching practice in school. And it was really a great loss for us, as it as a very important part of our course.

Placement Experience

The campus mainly deals with the main recruits over kerala and students also have opportunities to deal with the main recruits. And that's one of the greatest advantage of the campus. And coming about the job opportunities most of the major recruits are visiting the campus and most of the students get placements.

College Events

All the events and festivals are celebrating very well. And they highly promote extra-curricular activities. And teachers ensure the participation of all students without any discrimination. Every students are getting opportunities. And events make the college life much interesting.

Campus Life

College have a very good infrastructure with Auditorium, sports facilities, art equipments, advanced libraries and better classrooms. And the classrooms, and grounds are always kept clean. And students had no complaints with the campus.

My campus Life.

Likes

The thing I liked the most is that highly students centred learning environment. The faculties are friendly and act as a facilitator and guide forvrach students by paying individual attention.
The faculties are highly qualified and they are postgraduated and most of them have doctoral degree and more than ten years of experience.
The college provide various co curricular activities including arts festival, sports festival, community living camps and other community programs which help us to improve social interaction.

Dislikes

The thing that I disliked is that there is no placement cell available in the college which I felt as a drawback.
The college playground is too small and it have to be made large playground.
There is no enough time to complete the curriculum as the curriculum is so rich.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of various areas to be studied in order to become a good teacher in future and its also help us to foster our skills and other areas to be improved. The curriculum include 5 day initiatory school experience which make us to learn the school environment in real. The curriculum is also included with 6 month of teaching practice which as a very good aspect in the curriculum as it helps each students to develop their teaching skills and their abilities in teaching. The curriculum is also included with demonstration classes of highly experience teachers and criticism classes of each students to know their negatives and positives in teaching. The exams are conducted in every 6 months of 2 year course and it is not much difficult even the below average student can easily pass the exams. The teaching method used are various by using different learning Aids by using ICT , PPT etc.

I don't like to take the class after evening 4.15pm
I don't like the partiality of the teachers.
I don't like some heavy tasks that they gave us.

I really liked the Atmosphere of the college as they provide eco-friendly and human friendly atmosphere,the college really makes me easy in everything I do ,the college is built in a vast area and its campus is really large and the college provides
Vast knowledge acquisition .this college are widely having vast amount of ICT or information communication technologies such as TVs ,computers, projecters etcetera,also they have created an anti ragging free atmosphere in the college which makes this

Things I disliked about this college is that you should travel soo long to reach towards the college ,and the college is situated in the top of a hil

They really provided us with specific subjects in deep which was not available in other colleges and that really made me to choose this college it's exams are usually conducted twice an year 1st is model exams and the second one will be public exams and semester exams on each year for 3 times

The college campus looks well. And the ambiance is nice.
The campus is near the Periyar river. It's a nice atmosphere.
The campus is situated in the area where there is no pollution.

Dislikes

Total 100 students in the college (including the first year and second year students)
There is no canteen facility. So that the students are struggling for the needy time.Also there is no stationary shops
No campus life to enjoy because most of the time the student teachers are whether in school induction or school internship.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course(Bachelor of Education) is suggested for the development of a well trained teachers. By completing this course in 2 years, can acquire a student with lots of values, psychological thinking, technologically developed according to the curriculum, and also most of this acquire the pedagogical knowledge.

Highly impressive environment

Remarks:

The positive remark about my college will be the ample of facilities which are provided by the management system. There is smart class room available in our college. General lecture hall, museum, yoga room, common room and sick room is provided for the comfort of the students.
