Teaching Passion Accomplished with NSS College Changanassery

In NSS college changanassery the admission process is easy and flexible because of the student-friendly character of the office admins. Actually, I got admission to the state merit list, so I don't need to attend any kind of entrance exam. I have 6th rank on the merit list. I have applied through the LBS center in Kerala. We can select many college options during our application time. I prefer Nss college firstly. Minimum eligibility criteria for b. Ed Bachelor degree with 50%mark. Lbs center publishes the application date every year and we can apply online mode. The application fee was 1000rs for the general category. Other categories have their own relaxation in mark age and fee. In the admission process, I am fully satisfactory because eligible students were never pushed out from the list.

The B. Ed courses are semester-wise. In 2015 there are two-semester. After the first semester exam, the student teachers are compulsory to work in a school for their applied level of studies. The faculty members help us a lot each and every time. They stood with us for giving the best and appropriate guidance. All the faculty members have completed their doctorates in their subjects. And they have 10-12year experience in their subject. And the teachers teach both regional language and English too. In my childhood years, I wish I want to become a teacher in the future. I believed that teachers built Society and they are the building blocks of education. The students ratio is about 250-300students take admission each year and each classroom contains 60students at all. Two semester-wise exams are conducted by the Kerala government education department. But the college authority conducted weekly exams & published marks. So it's easy to score good marks on semester exams.

As internship college authority gave teaching facility in their schools and colleges. And they also provide a sum of stipend for the internship programme. Finally, they provide the experience certificate for the student teachers too.

In second-semester college, authority makes campus selection for their students and secure job in their schools. Most of the students are getting a job there. Completed my b.Ed I am working in a college now. Am sure that NSS college gave me such a wonderful career in this field.

In merit seats only 6000rs per year for the studies. And the financial assistance is available for sc, st, oec students. They are avoided from exam fees and other fees in college. And best students got the scholarship from the college authority. After completion of b. Ed many students got a job in the NSS schools too. These schools are owned by nss college authority.

Each year the college conducted the alumni function. The old students have financial assistance to poor students in the college for their studies. Alumni get-together usually conducted April month. And other facilities include nature club, sports club also works Best and vast library facilities are available there. We can use the library at any time and readers corner also available. Usually, the college conducted sports day and arts day every January.

In the hostel rooms are neat and clean water, electricity are always available. 2 students shared one room in the hostel. Food is also good at 8 am breakfast is ready each day different meals are prepared at 1 pm lunchtime and evening time they provide snacks and tea. At 7 pm surely ring the bell for dinner. Hostel stands in the inner corner of campus. Hostel fee was affordable to students. The college management surely gave the hostel facility to their students. There are private hostels are available too. In the outer door of a college campus.
