Remarks :

It is a very famous college with A++ grade and the statistics course provides more job opportunities in all sectors like government,industrial,educational,central sectors etc. By taking these two factors mainly i have chosen this college and course to study

Course Curriculum Overview :

Great course that has lots of wanted contents applicable in our day to day life and the college provides us with more practical knowledge and helps in developing our programming skill. Faculties are absolutely good and they help us really hard with a great effort.

Course Fees : INR 200000 per year

Placement Experience :

I have visited a company at ootty. Eight students from my college was placed. The company hire by conducting an exam, GD followed by the personal interview. Ex students from our college has started the bussiness that provides job for the beginners.

College Events :

Cherishable college life with good in academics, events like arts, sports and all other extracurricular activities.College provides with more courses and practical skill developing programs are also provided.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I don't get any scholarships from our college. I don't have a knowledge about the loans that are provided by the college.

Campus Life :

It is a college with well infrastructure and it has well equiped laboratories, wi-fi access, library. Our college has good faculties. College gives equal importance to both academics and other activities including cultural and sports.

Hostel Facilities :

College provides us hostel facilities which is in the same compound. Hostels provides us a homely atmosphere. It has a well furnished guest room, prayer room, mess hall, a very clean rooms and bathrooms. Good healthy and tasety foods are also provided.

Hostel Fee : INR 50000 per year

From 4th semester, students become eligible for placements ie; at the beginning of second year itself . Students are eligible with a CGPA of 7 for most of the companies visiting Amrita School of Business, Kochi. Most of the banks like Federal Bank, South Indian Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI BANK etc comes for placement. Also PWC, Deloitte, BNY Mellon etc comes for placement. Many marketing companies like World of Stones, Exide batteries etc will come for placements. Good companies are more coming for placements. Avg package is 6 lakhs and highest is 14 lakhs. Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards we could attend placement interviews and many companies used to approach our college but mostly IT companies as I was in civil dept the construction companies were very less or NIL. In our batch, most of the students got placed and many offer letters but the only disadvantage was the offers were not from the core companies.
