Remarks

AGBS is one of the top business schools in the city, it has an excellent teaching faculty and curriculum. The infrastructure facilities are good too. The college holds events and activities regularly, giving importance to extra curricular activities.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course and curriculum at Amity Global Business School is perfectly curated giving equal importance to practical and theoretical knowledge. The faculty members are well educated and knowledgeable and are ready to solve your doubts at any given time. The infrastructure of the college is good. A/C classrooms and comfortable seats. The campus area is a little small and the canteen has limited food options. But other than that, learning experience at amity has been knowledgable especially with having decent a decent crowd around.

AGBS has a dedicated business cell. Students have been placed in companies like Sony, Hyundai, HUL, TVS motors, GE Capital and many more. It provides great opportunities to its students and guides them in their future careers.

College Events

Campus life at AGBS is quite happening. Regular events and activities are held. Independence Day, teacher's day, and other important days along with festivals like Diwali are all celebrated with gusto. Every year in March college fest called ‰Û÷Elation' is organised where events/competitions like fashion show, dance competition, talent rounds, management games are enjoyed. Other event held every year is called ‰Û÷AML' it's the most awaited event of the college. It's a sports competition, where students bid on others (without actual cash) to form a team.

My Dream College

Placement Experience:

There are many placement oppurtunities like internships and FTEs. The drives for internships will start from the second semester of first year. Students were shortlisted for drives based on the CGPA. Companies like Micron, Qualcomm, Synopsys, Druva visit the campus for hiring. The numbers of offers they provied will not be static. The highest package is about 38 LPA and avg is about 19 LPA. 90-95% students are placed in the previous batches. My plan after getting a degree is join in a corporate to showcase my talent and make contributions to the projects.

Placement Experience:

Students from all branches become eligible for campus placement from their final year. All the branches recived a good number of drives from various companies like cognizant, Genpact, 24/7.ai, Savantis Solutions LLC, DeltaX, Aliens Group, Face Prep, Smart Brains, NCR Atleos, Nagarjuna Cements Ltd, Aertsan, Ashoka Builders, etc. Many of my friends from other branches secured good offers with moderate packages. The highest package is secured by a single person with 9LPA. The average package is 3LPA.
